This company used to be good up until the owner hired Lianne seddon who's been intentionally messing with peoples orders to sabotage the business who happens to be her rival.
The owner has no clue because he's fickle and too trusting.
The woman is making his business fail and he lets it happen... if he keeps her on there will be no business with oceans alive soon. She is opening peoples parcels tampering with items. Not refuding people not giving them correct information and hangs up the phone when u want to complain about her. She lies she's the owner and you can't complain

Excellent Customer Service

Have been using OceansAliveHealth for many years and I have to say their customer service is excellent.
The products they offer are top quality and the service I have received has been outstanding.

Stay away from this company!

Stay away from this company!
Misleading products from another reputable company!
I don’t believe it is genuine supplements
I usually by from the original company, I thought I was buying from them, until the product arrived.
Only 30 caps , the original company does do 30 caps, so I assume it is fake.
Disgraceful company! Don’t ever buy from them, they are not legitimate

Awful customer service!!
Placed an order & one of the items came completely smashed, powder everywhere. Contacted seeking refund along with the customs duty I paid for an item which is not useable, due to their lack of care packaging. Lianne was the most unhelpful agent to deal with. Would cover the customs if I would accept a replacement but would not reimburse me for the one I had to pay. Bare in mind the lack of packaging was the cause of the breakage, I would not want to run the risk of another breakage and another customs charge.
Save the hassle and shop with a decent company. This company by the looks of it has more bad reviews than good, I wish I checked this out before I purchased. Nightmare company, poor packaging & terrible customer service. If you do purchase use Paypal to protect yourself!!!!

Before Oceans Alive attempt to reply and shift blame- The exact wording in the email I have advises "We recognise that the packaging may of contributed to the product being damaged"
Imagine sending GLASS jars with little to no packaging and then being shocked when customers are not happy??

Yet another poor experience with Oceans…

Oceans alive responded to me and sent me out the remaining four bottles. I am concerned going ahead about signing up for another subscription. They are the cheapest for Green Pastures products.

Yet another poor experience with Oceans Alive.

I subscribed to their Green Pastures Cod Liver Oil 5 pack about four months ago. They sent me one bottle, when I had paid for five.

Today, I received my shipment. One bottle again. I've paid for five.

Sent them an email, together with pictures. It was a nightmare getting in touch with them the first time. In fact, it got so bad with them ignoring my emails that I was considering court action.

They have no phone number. I've obviously asked them to cancel the subscription, as it doesn't work.

No customer should be having to chase their bloody subscriptions up every single time for unsent items It's ridiculous.

DISGRACE! DO NOT waste your time with this company ! You will not receive your purchase!
Ordered 9 items after a few days was told 2 of them out of stock. Got partial refund and was told they would send the rest of the ordered items. After few more days got told there was a shipping error and that the rest of the 7 items are out of stock too now! Still awaiting my refund ! WASTE OF TIME!

The goods never arrived after 2 weeks! I prompted them and they sent it even later and bt then I was travelling. Never received the goods and now they will not refund. Horrid horrid company. Scam!!! Avoid!

If there were an option for ZERO stars…

If there were an option for ZERO stars I’d choose that!!
I ordered a liposomal vitamin C which I’ve used many times in the past, purchased from elsewhere, so I know this bottle comes with a hygiene safety seal on the bottle.
Mine arrive today WITHOUT that seal, so of course I am not confident in using this product as the seal is missing!
I contacted Oceans Aline about this immediately and was told to return the product back to them.
Yes, returning the product is all good and well, but why should I have to PAY postage and packing to send a faulty, HEAVY product back that was sent to me through no fault of my own?
I’ve already paid P&P to receive the product! It’s not cheap. So I’ll then be about £8 out of pocket with P&P and still no product!
I didn’t have any intention to return the item as I knew what it was and had used it numerous times in the past.
The customer service for Oceans Alive is a disgrace.
They are ignoring my comments for them to acknowledge me on Instagram and now my last email to them, they will not respond to.
What a terrible company
Please people, if you can source the items elsewhere or find alternatives, then I strongly urge you to do so, because if something goes wrong, THEY WILL NOT RECTIFY IT!!!!

First order - best price on the internet, together with a further discount code, equaled excellent value for money
Great communication throughout, delivered quickly and well packaged. Bottles were sealed and good best before end date, gave me all the confidence that I am dealing with a reputable company. Will repurchase and recommend

I had an issue with the card I used for…

I had an issue with the card I used for repeat orders and tried to contact them by email, live chat and then I found their contact number 0161 468 2711, which they also ignored. Also had problems cancelling any future orders because the cancel button is quite hard to find. It doesn't show until you try to make changes to your repeat orders. Terrible company.

Watch out for short dates!

Reallly appalled to have bought 3 x 90 tablets which turned out to be short dated!
I gave them 2 stars because they do stock some Dr Mercola products, but really...I will get my Dr Mercola products from iherb who tell you what the expiry dates are so you know before you buy them.
I must say I also find it really annoying that they use Amazon Deliveries and you get a dozen phone messages about the order and delivery! Why?

Update
My order got lost in the delivery process and replacement was issued and arrived promptly.
My order is now on the way will update when it arrives.
Just take your money then no order, wish I checked trustpilot before I placed my order.

Customer service (I spoke to “Hayley”)…

Customer service (I spoke to “Hayley”) was terrible. Lied to me twice until proven wrong. Essentially stole my money and I won’t get the product either with absolutely nothing I can do about it other than to accept her apology.
