There are times when one cannot see any selection on the shelves. Sometimes I order supplements, I am not messaged to collect them if they are ready, only by my input stopping at the shop.

Awful customer service, they won't refund the klarna.
I am absolutely fuming with this company. I pre ordered supplements, they didn't show passed the date it said they'll have it in stock (TWO WEEKS). So I said I want to cancel the order and refund the klarna. They confirmed to me this will be done weeks ago and still nothing. I've emailed several times and no response.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Terrible customer service.

I have ordered an item 1 month ago and still haven't received it. I have emailed multiple times and no one has answered. I have emailed several times for a refund and yet still no answer.

Something is deeply wrong with this company
Their tel number does not work (the one on their website and in emails that gains your trust!), no replies regarding my 6 week late order. Social media looks like no one is posting. I wish I hadn't paid them £60+ for things that I didn't realise were low stock. They should not take the money if they have no stock. I think they must be in trouble which is sad but don't inflict it on others. On the bank to cancel the transaction - glad I paid on a credit card.

I have been ordering with Revital for many years without too many problems but unfortunately, this time, I placed an order on 16th February, I received part of it but not the most expensive items.
I have Emailed them three times without any response, I have tried telephoning but it gives the unobtainable tone.
It is saying online that the product I ordered is "low stock" so if they have it there, why have they not sent me my order. It is very frustrating and very bad service. Why are they not responding to me?
Terrible experience with this site
Terrible experience with this site. Ordered from them in February and item didn't come. They then told me they didn't have it in stock and would send when comes back in stock. Then they still didn't send item. Weeks later I'm still waiting for my refund after asking for one several times. They told me refund would come within 24hrs last time I asked and over a week later and two more emails they have still not refunded me. Would NOT recommend buying from them at all.

I ordered in February - £250 total order! My order was only partially delivered and the remainder part (about £100) still not delivered and pending the delivery in their system - and it is already mid April!!!
I called them a few times, sent them several emails - no reaction.
This is absolutely unacceptable. Beware, it is not only bad customer service, but scam! I still didn’t receive my money back or my order!
No delivery. No response to emails and phone is not working.
I believe they must have closed down so be very wary. I have used them for years without problem. However my last order of 26 March has not arrived, (despite having a Royal Mail tracking number). No response to two emails and their telephone number no longer works. I will have to seek a refund via my credit card.
Never Use Again
My order placed on 14th Feb '26 for £27 worth of supplements has still not arrived. I cannot speak to them (number not known) and no reply to my email.

I am sorry to have to leave this review as previously I have been satisfied with Revital and have had a subscription.
However the usual delivery did not arrive in early March although my payment of over £50 was taken from my card on March 3rd.
I enquired about non delivery and was told supplies were difficult to obtain and offered a refund. This did not arrive and I have now been emailing regularly and on some occasions getting replies promising refund in 3-5 days.
I have just checked my credit card yet again and STILL no refund!
My patience is now exhausted hence this review.
Poor customer service
I have used Revital for 3 past online orders and have always been satisfied with the delivery and my purchases. However, the order I placed almost 2 weeks ago is still showing as unfulfilled. I have sent 2 emails which have been unanswered and have phoned the number on the website numerous times during the stated business hours only for the line to be dead. How do I get hold of this company? I just want to know why my order isn't being processed.

Absolutely do not use these. Ordered some vitamins over two months ago, still not delivered. Sent multiple emails to no response. Phone number now not recognised. AVOID!!!
Items paid for but not supplied & no communication
I have been using revital for years without any problems. However, for the 1st time I set up a subscription for probiotics. The money for first subscription was taken on 16th March but the items haven't been despatched. I have tried calling but unable to get through. Its as if their phones have been cut off. Ive sent multiple emails to which I have received no reply. So they have my money & ive run out of probiotics and they've not fulfilled my order I have phoned my credit card co & i need to complete a charge back form 30 days after they took my payment.
No star deserved
I shall give no stars at all for the revital. I returned goods (order no. 2385483 ) wait for refund, sent five emails to follow up but no response. Phone number is incorrect number on the website. Also Ordered something in Feb 26, order no. 2420203 , out of stock then, but supposed to deliver in March but no goods received, terrible customer service, will have to go through bank to claim money back and cannot key get away with this. This company should be exposed so no customer will experience this again.

Sad this company takes your money when you have a subscription even if the product is not in stock. I am now asking for a refund and no one is replying and the phone line does not work. Very unprofessional
Incomplete order. Phone Lines cut. No response to emails
I made my initial order on 4 Feb. 2 months later I am still awaiting part of my order. Having waited the 2 additional weeks they suggested before processing a refund I then requested a refund as offered. Two weeks later and two emails later the phone lines have been cut and I have had no response. Are they about to go under? I would never go back. Read all of the reviews from 2026 before ordering. I suggest you don't ....

Bad experience
Bad experience. I ordered 2 of the same product and they only sent out one, despite the order note stating both had been dispatched. When I emailed in they said they expected stock to be back in in over a month since I ordered. Only refunded the product when I emailed and chased. They shouldn’t have had it on their website in the first place. Do not recommend.
