The delivery was fast and the price was great! And it was very easy to put together. My only issue was with the boxes themselves—since they are bright red, there is a lot of dye on the boxes, the deck the boxes were put on was wet since it had just rained, and the dye was dripping where the box got wet! It also left a punch of dye everywhere in the porch. Luckily it was very easy to clean up, but just a future consideration!

I emailed the company before purchasing and never did receive a response. Upon deciding to return the couch, I reached out for the return label and was told in the chat that they would send a return label right away. I have never received one. It’s now too late to return the product.
The WORST customer service of any company I’ve ever dealt with.

I ordered the two-seater domino couch. The downside is it took a long time to get delivered, about 4 1/2 weeks. When it arrived and I opened it I was really surprised at the good quality, especially for a boneless couch. I then realized it wasn't long enough, so I ordered another middle seat and the ottoman. So far I love it. Customer service was very helpful also. My second order only took 2 to 3 days to arrive. Overall, I've had a wonderful experience. I gave it four out of five stars, because the first order took so long to be delivered. I purchased the Silver Birch color.

Kid proof. Love it. The firmness of the couch is perfect for me and the corduroy is incredibly easy to clean. Excellent.

Everything came in easy to move boxes and was super easy to set up. Love the little cleaning/sleep package.

Delived next day, all I had to do was open the box and unwrap, was ready to start enjoying in 10 min

Ouch received was great but they forgot to send the second one. I paid for 2 and only got 1. Still waiting for the second one to arrive !!!!!

I’m a new customer to cloudy and had never made a purchase before I purchased a sofa and an extra ottoman. The purchase was successfully completed charging my credit cards over $2000. I patiently waited in excitement for my new sofa. I finally five days in received an email saying that it had actually been shipped. I then received an email saying that they didn’t have the extra ottoman in the colour that I chose and asked if I would like a different colour and I asked them to simply refund the ottoman to my credit card. I continue to wait joyfully for my sofa to arrive Only to find out four days later when the credit card was credited back to me that they cancelled the sofa and the ottoman and now they’re out of the colour that I wanted so I cannot re-order it. I don’t think they quite have their stuff together. It shouldn’t have taken my order if there were none in stock on the website and it took a total of 10 days from the time that I ordered the sofa until I found out that there’s not going to be a sofa, you wasted 10 days of my time. I’m not happy I won’t bother re-order from you guys. Obviously, we’re just not meant to be friends.

All 5 boxes of my order arrived way faster than I thought, the boxes were a little beat up but the packaging inside was wrapped well and everything was fine.

IM MISSING HALF MY ORDER... I have sent emails with no response and haven't heard from anyone regarding the timeline or if its lost... This was a lot of money to have only half the order come in. My app says that they are here but i don't have it. and no one is responding to me... SO COMPLETELY DISSAPOINTED THAT I NEED TO FIGHT THIS HARD. I haven't even opened the box yet to even see if it like the product. Just wow.

You delivered before expected date. Instructions were very clear.
I’ve had the couches a week now and they still need to fill out because the backs are uneven. Hopefully this will correct itself. They are exactly what I wanted.

Livraison rapide et bien emballée. On ne peut pas avoir plus simple comme installation. Le divan est étonnement ferme pour de la mousse mémoire et très confortable. Le tissu est doux et joli. Nous espérons qu'il restera beau, mais pour l'instant nous sommes ravis.

The delivery and the concept is what it says, cozy quality, colors…it’s genius! it comes alive from small packages, my 10 year old granddaughters unpacked the 3 piece couch and ottoman joyfully!
