I was helped with setting few future goals and recommendation to achieve those.

The customer service is great and the financial expert assigned to be my coach has been very friendly and knowledgeable. You gain access to a well designed tool that gives you a good idea of your financial future. I do wish the advice given was a bit more advisory on what to do now though.

Multiple changes required.
The finance plan should consider everyone bringing in household income: some people want to manage their money independently but we manage ours together - why can't we plan finance together?

Inflation is not taken into account in budgets. A 3.5% rate will push spending up to over 40% higher over 10 years. Same for incomes, so we should be able to set this up in the plan.

Puja has been really patient and kind, answering all my questions. I'm been very impressed with the service and would recommend to anyone.

Uses language that I can understand, rather than jargon

Gemma was amazing at all of the help with myself and my fiance.
She was able to clearly explain things that made sense, this was especially important as I am autistic and don't understand a lot of 'jargon'.

The appointments were able to be late in the evening which worked amazingly for us, and when an explain appointment was needed, Gemma booked it in with a breeze!
The value for money is very good and the service that I received was exceptional.

Requested a change to my retirement date and an update on if I could continue to pay in. This was done using their secure messaging system through their website.

This was fine.

Reply was received in a timely manner and instructed me to update on the web page in my account profile.

Easy enough except when I went to confirm the new, older age, it wouldn't let me.

I then engage in their online chat.

The operative, once chat was initiated, took at 5 minutes or more to respond to my online converstation.

They advised me to complete the change online and when I explained what had happened they advised me to send a secure message with my request.

This I had already done!

I explained that I had already put the whole request through the online secure messaging.

I was then 'ghosted'.

Still no answer, still not happy.

They have been great, very informative giving me the best advise and information going forward also keep me updated. Will bw using them again?

Justine was flexible. There were changes to my circumstances since my last meeting. So she listened patiently, adjusted my profile and a fresh recommendations were created for me to review. Really worth the time.

My funds were transferred from a Virgin Investment ISA to a similar Octopus account afew months ago.Perfotmance pretty ordinary and try getting all your money out in one go !!!!
I wish I had read some of the 1 Star Reviews before I permitted the transfer to this bunch of Trumps !
