Waste of time, followed the instructions and got me to place bets as required for the free bet etc. Couldn't find the the corresponding bet on smarkets and then couldn't find the initial bet to complete the process.
Coral didn't give my free bets and couldn't find the 'Live Chat' option OddsMonkey suggested.

Watch out, thieves! They offer a free trial but still charge you for it after you cancel!

Highly recommend to anyone looking to make some extra cash. Been with Odds Monkey for well over a year now and used on and off at different points of the year.

Despite some months were I've not been as committed, I’ve still managed to make a profit of £4,500.

The OM guides are really helpful at teaching you everything you need to know and the community forum is great too. There are plenty of people willing to hand out free advice and guidance along the way.

Definitely give it a try. It's not a scam and you can make some good money if you've got the time and patience to learn.

I would say you can 100% do matched betting on your phone, but I would highly recommend using a computer for ease and convenience - talking from experience.

My advice to begin with: Make sure you've got around £100 to get you going when you're first starting out as the lay bets can be quite pricy if the odds are high. Also, make sure to reinvest your profits for the first few weeks so you can do more and more bets. The more bets you can do, the more you'll earn.

Great site for matched betting. Easy to follow written and video guides for beginners and more advanced users. A great Facebook page too with really useful daily tips.

I'm making consistent money due to OddsMonkey's easy to follow instructions. There have been recent software issues (losing one star), but OddsMonkey provide great support, with a name check for Monika and Lora in particular. The Facebook group, community forum, and other users are really helpful if you get a bit stuck. It's well worth getting into matched betting with OddsMonkey if you want extra, tax-free, income.

So I was sceptical but gave it a go. This was not the first site I used BUT between this one and its main competitor, OddsMonkey is difficult more beginner friendly. You'll be a fool not to give it a try.

The software is good but the price is insane!

To start as a beginner it was easy and i made about £400 in my first month but then after all the sign up offers had gone it was very hard to make anything.

The base price is £40 a month which is crazy! I honestly made a loss some months and others maybe a £20 profit, unless they decrease the cost id stay away.

Or sign up for one month, get all the offers done then cancel your subscription. If it was £10-15 a month i probably would still have an account.

Re: the recent "upgrade" which was in fact a disastrous downgrade for OM users, I don't understand why they migrated OM users to the OP platform instead of the other way round. The previous OM site was excellent and should have been the basis for any improvements. Now it is awful.

I've seen the reviews lately on here, I've been with oddsmonkey almost 3 years. I know many have made unbelievable amounts using their services, I'd urge people to stop and think if their review is fair and balanced for their time spent using oddsmonkey. I for one will be forever grateful for how it's changed my life. That's why despite the tough times since the migration they still get five stars from me.

I believe they'll give us solutions we're asking for to the problems we've faced over the past few weeks. Monika has been great trying her best to put out fires left, right and centre.

I am new to this product but had a few days to crawl through it as a newbie to see what it could do and I was impressed. Then just a few days after they provided an 'update' with a new format. This is so poor and not at all user friendly. Several features have been removed and the 'tools' are not as useful as previously. The support team indicate that some of these may come back but there is no guarantee and no timeline. If I had seen the product as it is now I would never have registered.

Where to start!
This used to be a really good product with useful, time saving tools.
The recent update has been a complete shambles. It's basically taking a decent product that could do with a bit of tweaking and speed improvement then completely destroying it. It's riddled with technical problems, tools many have paid for upfront for removed, and it's not user friendly whatsoever. Whoever decided to roll this out without thorough testing is incompetent. They seem reluctant to refund despite negative changes to the product mid term. They should roll it back until they sort it out but haven't. Avoid and go elsewhere.

Awful, make sure you cancel the membership before the first month end if not they keep charging you.

I’ve been using OddsMonkey for years and it used to be a great tool, but the new version is a massive step backwards.

They’ve taken away loads of useful filters and markets, including the First Goalscorer filter. Now the site feels really stripped down, and most of the features I used every day are just gone.

On top of that, some of the new tools they’ve added don’t even work properly. The Bet Builder Finder is completely off it gives wrong information and just isn’t reliable. It feels like they rushed the update without properly testing anything.

I recently paid for a full year and asked about a refund, but was told they don’t offer one, even though the tools I paid for have been removed. That’s pretty poor.

I’ve spoken to a lot of other users who feel exactly the same. The forums are full of complaints, and no one seems happy with how it’s been handled. I won’t be renewing next year, and I’ll be moving to a platform that actually works and listens to its users.

If you're new to matched betting, then you'll still be able to make money with OM so I am giving them two stars instead of one.

If you are new, though, then I would just hold off signing up with OM and wait for a bit to see if a new and better competitor rises from the ashes of the merger between Oddsmonkey and Outplayed, which has resulted in nothing good for any members.

The tools have all gotten (a lot) worse on OM due to the botched migration over to the OP platform. The odds matcher now only has 4 sports in it and the 2-UP is just not fit for purpose (stale odds, no sorting or ROI type of filter).

It feels deliberate, like the tools have been made worse to save money.

Personally if I wasn't near the end of my yearly sub, I'd probably be seeking a pro-rata refund, that much of the functionality has been removed.

Very east to use, prompt help when needed and lots of opportunities.

Be cautious of users writing 5 star reviews based on long term sintiment not present day situation.

It has been another tough few days for Oddsmonkey’s migration issues which continue to worsen. New features and fixes released yesterday were quickly withdrawn after bugs surfaced. Paying customers are deliberately being used as beta testers for rushed development and inadequate release testing.

The Oddsmatcher tools are barely functional, while the 2Up Matcher, Profit Tracker, Horse Racing, and Acca tools — among others — are riddled with bugs.

Even offers posted today contain broken links - as was the case with the Bet365 Horse Racing boost link to the Multilay calculator.

Overall, stability and reliability are declining rather than improving.

I would not recommend signing up right now unless you want to pay Oddsmonkey to test their defective system.

I'm still going to give 5 stars here, yes the migration has not been great however they are ironing out the issues and i believe they will.

I genuinely think those that have been using Oddsmonkey for a long time have all profited and the staff do care. I had a rant myself at the migration but it's because I care about this company.

It's a bit harsh the running negativity 1 stars though if it's being sorted because 5 seconds ago those people we're praising Oddsmonkey. I think please don't be so discouraged by the latest negative reviews here Oddsmonkey is worth joining it really is
