Order for a pair of breakfast bar stools
Ordered a pair of kitchen breakfast bar stools. One was faulty, but I contacted customer service and a replacement was sent straight away. The packaging for the replacement was badly damaged in transit, but luckily the contents were fine. I supplied photos of the packaging and I understand that the courier was notified.
The stools were a reasonable price and look very smart. Customer service was excellent, so overall a great experience.

The best online shopping experience
I could not have asked more of an online sale than I received from Ofcasa, the website was clear, easy to use with loads of detail. My chairs arrive within a couple of days and even though there was a slight fault replacement was sent out and sorted everything done within a week. The customer service team were excellent. Very understanding. I provided photos and they had everything done without any hassle
