We just got our shoulder unit .... so hard for me to say it works or not, but it does provide some relief so we are hopeful. What was not good was that we got charged a fee for joining a membership. We called Anne at the number for support .... explained we never authorized that .... she took over and is refunding the charge and getting us off the membership. Great service and the product looks pretty good. I am going to do it religiously for the next 90 days then make a decision. I hope it works.

This company is trapping people to a membership plan online that they take $42.83 every 30 days. You are automatically signed up for this and they say you get an email to cancel after 14 days. Fraud. I called and cancelled that membership this morning and reported them to the FTC. Shameful :(

Rejuvacare offered a money back…
Rejuvacare offered a money back guarantee if the products that I purchased (to ease the symptoms of peripheral nerve damage) did not meet my expectations. As the products did not help to improve my condition, I returned them per Rejuvacare's clear instructions and today I received a full refund. Yes, returning products is inconvenient, but Rejuvacare representatuves - both Shy and Mike - handled the return process per their policy in a timely and professional manner. I will definitely consider purchasing from Rejuvacare again as they did what they said they would do and, thank God, I still have functioning feet! What more could I ask for?

This did not start out well
This did not start out well. Ordered late November, received email mud December about delay in shipping.
In the process I was concerned about using due to experimental surgery decades ago.
I did not realize I had signed up for any recurring charges and asked to be refunded.
I am very satisfied that Rejuvacare listened to my explanations and came to an amicable conclusion.
I found in all correspondence empathy as we progressed to a satisfactory conclusion. This is not always the case when dealing with orders, especially returns. I would do business again with Rejuvacare because of their very quick actions to make this transaction positive. Thanks to all for their patience and persistence in this matter.

Customer Service personnel are professional, positive, patient and helpful. However, the company's policies are frustrating and not helpful.....they DO NOT want to have you return anything for a refund! You can do it, but it will take about 5 CS contacts to accomplish it.
