I purchased four ankle massagers last month. I was signed up for a 42.95 monthly subscription I didn't ask for. Now I'm being charged 42.95 every month. I've tried their customer service to resolve this issue. They wanted me to sign up for a 5 dollar online deal so they could talk to me.
There's no phone number and now way to get in contact with these people. Now I'm sitting here reviewing comments where people were scammed by these people. Do yourself a favor and don't order anything from Coinflow Rejuvacare CF PL.

The Customer Service department with Rejuvacare has been extremely helpful. I had ordered one of their devices without realizing that I wasn't going to be able to use it, and I contacted them about returning it. They were great about helping me and answered all my questions quickly. I would recommend anyone to purchase any of their devices. Plus, if you need any questions answered, I recommend you contact their Customer Service department. They are great.

I ordered but was told i had to watch a 30 min video to totally process the order. This is absurd. I exited the website. I tried again but same thing.
A day later I found they had processed and billed me for two identical orders. I did not get an email response but was able to reach an English speaking rep on the phone very quickly. He refunded the duplicate order with no problem

I had a change of mind and canceled my order. The reason I gave 3 stars is because it took 3 days of communication to get the refund. My communication was somewhat frustrating but in the end this company was completely honest with me and agreed to my order cancellation and refunded my money.

Stay away from this company! They use deceptive advertising and bill you for more than they advertize.Once they have your credit card number,they don’t let you confirm your order or let you see what they’ve billed you for. It took me over an hour to get through to a person. They wouldn’t take off the extra $100 they charged saying that was part of the upgrade price.You also will not be able to exit their add till you scroll endlessly and listen to another endless ad. I reiterate never do business with this company!

This product & company is not a scam - legit and their customer service is great!

Your company has really great customer service correspondence people! (I can only comment on your correspondence representatives since I never called your phone number.) I had the pleasure of dealing with just 2, Maira and Bernadeth. Both had excellent writing and empathetic skills. After exchanging several very detailed emails, Maira came to the conclusion that I was due a full refund and took care of issuing two credits to my credit card immediately. She handled the whole issue with professionalism, high ethical standards, and class; she is definitely a credit to your company! Sue Gearhart

This company stands by their products, and truly cares about people's well-being. When the shoulder device proved not to be helpful for me, Christian jumped right on it to refund my purchase. I was shocked that a company like this cared so much! Very rare these days. I am forever grateful to Christian and Rejuvacare for renewing my faith in Humanity.

Would like a return and refind of all charges. Want to return 1 used and 1 unused shoulder devices for credit. Please provide return information.
I was panicking because I didn’t receive my purchase. I received a message that my order was delivered on a Saturday. I didn’t have anything on my porch. I immediately try to call but didn’t have contact information.
So I reached out to the company. No a good feeling when you can’t reach customer service..

Great Customer Service! I had a problem with the charges for your product unrelated to Rejuvacare involving my bank. Due to some issues with the bank and the charges I reached out to your Customer Service and a delightful person, named Maira promptly responded even over the weekend and was able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction completely so I could resolve the issues with my bank. This is the type of customer service that encourages customers to do business and continue doing a business with at company.

Received 2 foot massage units. Neither would charge only received an LL on the display. Was informed to send a video and never received a call back. Also received a leg message unit that would not charge. Called and was given the option of them sending replacement units, upon receipt back to them or a Refund. I opted for a Refund and was informed that I was responsible to return their defective merchandise. Don't waste your money and it cost me $18.00 to send their "Trash" back to them and now I have to hope that I get a Refund for the monies I laid out. I was really hopeful at receiving the benefits to my body, as was relayed in their Video. Quality control is obviously an issue. I guess you get what you pay for. Don't waste your hard earned money on these products!
