Bogus con merchants. They are still advertising. Beware that they take your cash and deliver absolutely nothing. Ask your bank or card issuer to do a charge back for services sold but not fulfilled.
Like all other reviews... Bad customer service. Refills stopped working about 2-3 weeks in and they blamed it on issues with instagram. Yet, it flags your IP because you can use a different username and it works just fine again for the same timeline.
They say there's this back end issue yet you can order more if you pay more. The "lifetime refills" is bogus and their custom service is non-existent.

Refill guaranteed and then they disappear with hundreds of followers lost.
Una truffa. Ho effettuato un acquisto più di un mese fa e quotidianamente si perdono decine di followers che poi diventano centinaia in pochissimo tempo. Chiedi un refill e c’è sempre “un problema tecnico”. Questo da oltre un mese. Soldi buttati. Contatti l’assistenza , se rispondono, arriva una fastidiosissima risposta automatica che ti rimanda al link CHE NON FUNZIONA per il refill. Evitateli.

Bad service, they don’t deliver what they promise you avoid
They only help with what they call “life time refills” for a good month or 2 then they stop responding completely and leave your refill on hold indefinitely and they’ve been ignoring my email and texts.
At first, everything was great, then they stopped fulfilling lifetime follower drops. They blamed it on a technical issue with Instagram. Yet, they were still taking new orders.
