Microsoft support? You gotta be kidding me! Zero Support! This product has been nothing but huge hassles for me since day one.
When I first got product and rubbed off characters 2 could not be read. Days I searched for help after first going to Currys where I bought the product. I was told by young staff member I had to contact Microsoft. Avoid Currys, too BTW!
Eventually found a number and after 4 days of speaking to people in India and proving my left testicle was my own I was given a new product key which worked.
Now, I can't sign into my Microsoft account due to "suspicious activity" with email account I never use.
No ability to contact as I cannot sign in.
No email to email.
I need to use my laptop for work!!

Jeg har via en hjemmeside købt en licens nøgle til 200 kroner til Microsoft office "som åbenbart ikke eksisterer" og som koster 4000 hos Microsoft selv

Today I purchased Micro Soft Office, I paid 159 with tax, I was told go home and plug in the Code . Which I did, I spent about 30 minutes with the installer, every thing went in and supposedly I had the Office down load ready for my computer. This until the installer told me the down load was complete, then pause. Because my system I Mac Apple was new 2022 , I had to pay an additional fee raising the cost to 349. . I flat refused and he hung up. So who is responsible for this Micro Soft or the Office supply store ? I purchased a product in good faith and it did not work. I had Office 365 for years and it worked !

Was billed for an annual subscription renewal on my phone bill through a small unknown third party provided.

The charge was on October 1st, and my phone statement is October 27th by the time I figured out what it was for it was past the refund window.

Pretty unethical way to treat customers.

Der Letzte Dreck! Da bekommt man von der Schule einen Office key. Nur ist der genau 0 tauglich für den Schulgebrauch. Kein Folienmaster, kaum Funktionen, was soll ich mit so einem Müll. Jetzt kann ich mir für Geld eine neue Version kaufen da der Müll den Microsoft Office zur verfügung stelllt nicht für den Schulgebrauch tauglich ist

Meest verschrikkelijke service die ik ooit heb meegemaakt. En dat bij zo'n groot bedrijf als Microsoft.

Ik wilde een Office 365 afsluiten. Vervolgens kreeg ik allerlei foutmeldingen, waardoor het leek alsof het bestellen/afsluiten van het abonnement mislukt was. Blijkbaar is het betalen wel gelukt, maar ik heb nooit inloggegevens gekregen.

Support is alleen bereikbaar wanneer je bent ingelogd en ondertussen blijven ze wel elke maand afschrijven..

Mijn advies is om voor een (bekende) concurrent te kiezen. Veel gebruiksvriendelijker en (veel) betere klantenservice.

Das kann doch nicht sein. Habe das Uniprogramm und eine Datei einfach nur speichern wollen. Jetzt ist die kaputt und das lässt sich nur in der Desktopansicht und nicht online beheben. Man ist also gezwungen zu bezahlen wenn man seine Hausarbeit etc. Rechtzeitig abgeben will. Eine ehrenlose Frechheit.

Das Programm ist der größte Sch**ß und macht einen sehr aggressiv, weil es nicht das macht was ich will.

Es ist einfach nur aufgebläht. einen Großteil des Office-Paketes ist für den Home-Anwender unbrauchbar. Es sollte eine Version geben die sich auf weniger Spielerei beschränkt. Office soll wieder Spaß machen. Ich ziehe sogar in Erwägung Office zu verlassen . Es gibt einfachere Programme die nicht soviel Schrott mit sich bringen. Schade Microsoft, ihr werdet viele User verlieren. Denkt mal drüber nach.

Mit Outlooks Sturheit hat man sich ja nun mit der Zeit arrangiert. Wichtige Mails speichert man lieber gleich ab, bevor sie sich innerhalb von Minuten verflüchtigen, da keine Lösung entwickelt wird.-

Allerdings sollte nicht so ein Irsinn passieren, dass man die gespeicherte Druckeinstellung, von Entwürfen von 4 Jahren, in Office von DinA4 auf „benutzerdefinierte DinA4 Maße“ (um)einrichten muss, um sie dann in randlos auszudrucken. Ich weiß früher hatten wir einen Kaiser und Microsoft in solchen Fällen vorab ein kleines Kompatibilität Update. Allerdings gab es solche schweren Problematiken nur innerhalb der verschiedenen Office Versionen? - Ich hoffe HP liest mit, damit man an der richtigen Stelle ansetzt um evtl. einige der massiven Druckerprobleme (außer denen die intern gezaubert wurden) wenigstens zu lösen und schreibt nicht lieber weiter die Drucker Funktionen um! – Sonst könnte man sich evtl., wie eine Katze in den Schwanz beißen…..

I get sent documents in the microsoft office format and then am constantly bombarded with windows saying i have to spend money to edit and write my basic details and other important information. This is documents concerning my work and pay. I dont have moeny to pay for office and i will never do so. Apparently i can use the online version for free but when i go to upload any document, it reaching full upload then just doesnt finish the upload and doesnt even give me an option to cancel. I tried to export the document as a PDF but it didnt work as im pretty sure you have to pay for that too. If you are going to be a professional service then allow a company to send me documents which i can fill in without needing to pay.

Microsoft have discontinued use of its customer service number. Simply directing me online and no option to speak with anyone, not even via webchat. Why buy something that if you incur a problem you cannot even discuss this with anyone.

Microsoft has terrible service and the most basic functions often don't work in their software. I updated my billing address and they used the old one. How can you get something so basic completely wrong?

I paid an annual subscription for Microsoft Office but a few months in I had to have the hard drive on my laptop replaced after which I had no way of logging in to my Office account.
I tried different ways of contacting Microsoft to no avail so the money I paid for the subscription was wasted.
I would never again pay for a Microsoft subscription.
