Catastrophique, Microsoft fait des prélèvements en double sur mon compte paypal depuis des années et refuse de me rembourser.
Leur support chat est totalement incompétent et ironique car je les ai contactés plusieurs fois et ils refusent de me rembourser les centaines d'euros indument prélevés

je reçois 2 mails chaque jour. C'est du harcèlement !
Il n'y a aucun moyen de joindre M. Tout est cadenassé!
Belle société! Toutes les pages que l'on ouvre sont faîtes pour encenser cette magnifique boîte qui se permet tout au mépris des gens. Ce met ce post chez vous car il est impossible de les contacter, sauf par n° payant dissuasif. Une honte à notre époque. J'ai choisi une suite gratuite. Mais j'aimerai que M. me fiche la paix!

Excel 365 macht Dateien inklusive Sicherungsdateien unbrauchbar. Daten gehen dadurch verloren.

Absolute Sauerei. Wenn man Office nicht mieten will und ein Office 2021 kauft wird die Software nur noch bis Oktober 2026 supportet, also noch 3 Jahre und 3 Monate. Es verwundert mich das hier niemand tätig wird. Nur noch Abzocke

Having paid my annual subscription, I now get a pop up from Microsoft singing its praises - how all my stuff in one place. BUT I CANNOT MOVE THIS THING MEANING MY COMPUTER IS UNUSEABLE! There is now way it scrolls down so I can acknowledge and exit! It has rendered my machine useless. I cannot see the screen!

There should be a zero star for the awful service they provide!!!!
They can't speak English, so they hang up!

Following purchase of Ms Office on-line from a legitimate source, I am unable to access my documents on computer.
My Emails are frequently blocked if I access them from different parts of the world while travelling, defeating the purpose of web based emails. I have emailed the CEO, and Microsoft support without any luck. It is something I would not recommend to anyone,

Do not get Microsoft office. They make you get free trial and if you don’t cancel within 7 days you can NEVER CANCEL. There is no cancellation button or anything and the worst part it’s not direct debit, it’s recurring payments which means you can’t even cancel from your banking app. I had to leave my bank at the end because they made it so difficult

I've been a loyal Microsoft user for years, and I'm always impressed with the quality and reliability of their products. Whether it's Windows, Office, or any of their other software or hardware products, Microsoft always delivers a great user experience. Plus, their customer service is always top-notch and responsive.

Word ist das schlechteste Programm mit Millionen von Fehlern. Eine Ausarbeitung einer Bachelorarbeit bereitet mir eigentlich viel Spaß, doch durch die unvorhersehbaren Formatierungen und Einfügungen von Word selbst, könnte ich Sche**e kotz*n. Das Programm regt einfach sinnlos auf. Benutzt lieber Open-Office oder andere kostenlose Alternativen. Die sind 1000 mal besser, als für Sche**e Geld zu bezahlen. Das ist auch das letzte Mal, dass ich dieses Programm nutze. Ich schließe mich langsam der Mehrheit an, die mir von Anfang an von Word abgeraten haben. Ich habe das meiste in ein anderes Programm kopiert und habe seitdem keine Probleme mehr. @Microsoft : Unverschämt, dass ihr dafür Geld verlangt. Mit mir habt ihr noch einen Nutzer verloren. Ich hoffe, der Rest sieht das auch ein. Ja, als Student habe ich die kostenlose Drecksversion eurer Programme, aber meine Familie oder Freundin mussten für diesen unverschämt schlechten Quatsch zahlen.

Zonder reden werd mijn outlook acount geblokeerd, nadat ik akoord ging met een 365 Microsoft Office actie. Dit was tevens mijn werk email adres. De support kon niet aangeven wat de reden is, wat een shitshow!

Word online ist eine Komplette Frechheit!
Man kann nicht Mal Bilder verschieben dadurch hab ich jetzt eine 5 weil ich das Auftrag nicht rechtzeitig abgeben konnte

Completely unethical wgen charging auto-renewal. Took money from account without consent. Took money through an expired card! (Will be speaking with the bank) and refused a refund. This company has zero respect for customers, no consideration of consumer rights, and will put profit ahead of morality every time.

Microsoft Office - Support Team is a Big Joke. I purchased office 2016, 2019, and 2021 for my MacBook Pro Computers. If you call their support team you are in for a big surprise. You have to pay $400.+ to speak to someone. Otherwise, communication is via chat, and their experts do not have a clue on how to help. One so-called expert tried to do a screen share and discovered that his software did not work and needed to report it. I blame the CEO at Microsoft for not offering real support.

Microsoft Word 2022 you Suck. Enable Saving, change the document extension to .docx File not saved etc etc. FU. Go back to being a simple word processing program. Most of the time I don't know if my word is even saved.

Outlook synchroniseert niet en nieuwe outlook vorm is nog slechter. Service chat van ruim 3,5hr, iedereen deed zijn best, maar kunnen je geen oplossing of verbetering aanbieden.
Oude versie MSO met oude OS versie werkt outlook met email submappen zoals het hoort (synchroniseert niet met de andere email providers). Heb je de nieuwste versie OS en MSO op een nieuwe macbook, worden de email mappen van af de ander IMAC of anders om ook niet gesynchroniseerd. De mails verstuurt en ontvangen met de nieuwe updates MSO & MAC OS worden ook niet gesynchroniseerd met mail programma van apple voor IMAC/MACBOOK. Mappen/mails vanuit outlook worden niet meer gesynchroniseerd van de email provider zoals gmail of anderen. Dus gebruik je geen outlook meer, dan zijn de meeste mails voorgoed verdwenen. De desk manger MSO geeft aan dat het probleem bij MAC apple ligt door de nieuwe updates en moest bij apple ten rade gaan. Apple gebeld, het ligt aan MSO en niet aan hen. Het is hard achteruit gegaan en na 1 jaar nog steeds geen oplossing of verbetering. Advies om geen MSO aan te kopen.
