They delivered the chair within 2 days
They delivered the chair within 2 days. Kept me updated with the process, the chair was fully assembled. I got a message that the delivery will happen at 8 am in the morning. The delivery man reached at 7.55am. He was kind and polite and helped me deliver the chair to my flat.
So far so good. Will post the next review based on the quality of chair and if any services were requested.

We’ve now processed your full refund, which you should have received, and we’re sorry again for the delay and frustration caused. We're reviewing our systems to prevent this from happening in future.
