Great, but still room for improvement
Ordering great!
Customer service 3.8 - had to call again to reschedule delivery after a failed delivery attempt. Would have got a 5 if they had called me instead.
Delivery tracking great and actually delivery could not be faulted thanks to Junior and Damion. So thrilled with my chair!

Cannot fault them
A lovely item in very good condition at a very good price, delivered on time by the company themselves. Damian and Junior, the ace delivery team were friendly, efficient and helpful too. Who could ask for anything more?

Very positive experience
Everything went well - easy to order, good communication via email updates and the delivery drivers Junior and Damien arrived in good time and gave me a call to let me know they were nearby. I would use Office Resale again
