The manager there, John is going to send that place broke. His attitude stinks as much as his BO. And that is only matched by his complete lack of customer service. I'd be surprised if he didnt have a high turnover of staff. Parents, pls dont subject your kids to the shame of working for this disgraceful man. Customers dont empower him by giving this store your business. The Good Guys are 1000% better at customer service, and by all measures, for staff satisfaction

Disgusting! Placed an online order and paid extra for quick delivery only to be told false and inaccurate information by Officeworks. Still chasing order and delivery with Officeworks and their courier company TGE who is just as bad. Worst experience and customer satisfaction does not exist with this company. Be warned and be aware of their terrible practices.

Their website constantly crashes, freezes and has issues, i have to use officeworks online for work, never had an easy simple experience with the site yet

Purchased an IPAD back in 2021 for $646.00. I know it is not an Officeworks product but I purchased it from them and was told to go to them. The IPAD has just stopped working won't charge or power on. IPAD has had no sign of misuse. It is out of warranty so they will not replace it or refund. So they are telling me that reasonable use and durability is no more than 3 years. Why would anyone purchase a product for $646 if it was only to last no longer than 3 years. So I was basically told it is my problem as it is not an Officeworks product. Well they sell it. I am extremely disappointed. Will not purchase an expensive product from them again.

Made an online purchase but kept being declined! So infuriating as their fraud system is overly stringent. Do better officeworks

Very bad service. When I made an online purchase, they promised delivery in 3-4 days and set June 21 as the delivery date. Now, it's June 28, and the delivery has not been made yet.

I called their so-called "Customer Service" for the first time, and they promised to investigate the issue. No follow-up. I called two days later, and they told me they are still investigating the issue with no updates! They are not even willing to check and call me back, saying I should call them in a few hours or on Monday. Wow, what magnificent service.

The worst online delivery services I’ve ever dealt with.

Purchased appalling phone online , had to return it - issues there and virtually had to threaten them. Phone (Opal own brand ) had no proper speaker phone sound then stopped working completely - absolute dud. Phoned and sent a label - had to go to Plib to print off 2kms away on foot. Noone bothered to collect item so no refund - phoned over and over again and was referred to returning item to a store 20kms away to get my money back... told agents I would NEVER use Officeworks ever for anything and review them everywhere

I have always found what I needed and have never had a problem with service. Of course it takes longer if it's busy

Price beat guarantee issue. Hi I just tried to buy Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones from the Pitt Street store, served by Irene. I asked Irene to apply the price beat guarantee to Kogan published price of $369 (Non member & with free delivery). Irene advised that you do not price match with Kogan as some of their products are sourced overseas. I pointed out that the model numbers on the box in your store and on the Kogan website are identical. Irene then said you policy does not include Kogan.

Is your published policy deceptive and misleading OR is Irene "misinformed" about not matching Kogan?

Wanting to thank Nickole immensely for helping me over a period of 2 days.

Spammers - they will not stop spamming my email inbox with their advertising. i have been in contact with them and they refuse to stop claiming that their advertising has nothing to do with them????

I went into the Mandurah store today to buy JBL buds. So on the shelf is the empty box which you take to the counter to purchase said item. The attending girl who was operating the till asked for a person in the store area to bring said item to the front counter so I could pay for the Buds,
Well I waited and waited and waited for about 20 minutes and yet no buds. Someone out the back couldn't get of their butt and provide some service. Officeworks your customer service to me was a joke. I got sick of waiting and told the nice girl at the counter that I was leaving. I went to JB HIFI and was greeted by cheerful staff and prompt service.

I have never been more humiliated and embarrassed in all my life after essentially being accused of stealing when shopping at the Officeworks Tuggeranong store on Wednesday morning, 29/05/24. My wife and I, both in our 60’s and both farmers with no criminal record or even traffic infringements to our name, shopped at this store, made a purchase at the check out and as we were about to exit the store, a staff member blocked our exit and demanded my wife empty her pockets and show the contents of her handbag! What an embarrassment to be treated like a common criminal in front of all the other customers and staff! Naturally there was nothing to be found and we felt overwhelmingly embarrassed and humiliated at this despicable treatment. After realising there was nothing to find, the rude staff member then walked off without an apology leaving us both dumbfounded and humiliated from the experience. If this is how you treat your senior customers then you are a disgrace to the retail industry. I will most certainly NEVER shop at any of your stores again and I will tell anybody who will listen of our humiliating and insulting experience of shopping at your store! Shame on you Officeworks!

Horrid customer service!
My mother and I visited the Ballarat store today. We stood around for 5 minutes waiting for help. We had went and asked someone for help and they straight away ignored us and went straight for another customer. We then asked again for another person to help us, we never had someone come and help us after waiting for another 10 minutes.

Cannot believe it!

Went this evening to Officeworks Punchbowl, NSW for printing some documents from PDF files attached to emails.
Kristy and Juan were on duty.
Waited in queue for a short while until I was called to the service counter. I explained my requirements and the difficulties I experienced at the self serve printer.
Kristy and Juan assisted me without difficulty and in no time printed over 30 pages from 6 emails and PDF files and handed the documents to me.
Thank you Kristy and Juan for your help.
On other occasions that I have been here for printing I have found all the staff in this department very help and cooperative.

Staff Jaron & Kent are very helpful in Officeworks Maroochydore 5/5.

Took 2 reams of Copy Paper to be bound into two car manuals, and Tiffany was extremely helpful in ordering this. They were available for pick up the following day, and presented in a very professional manner. Many Thanks Office Works Port Macquarie

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE,LAST TIME I EVER PURCHASED ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE, 4 WEEKS AND THEY COULDNT DELIVER A PARCEL TO OUR BUSINESS CONSTANTLY AFTER HOURS DELIVERY!!!AND FINALLY I HAD TO GO TO A STORE AND PICK IT UP MYSELF, SINCE WE HAD 5 OTHER PARCELS FROM DIFFERENT CONMPANIES WITH NO TROUBLE,

They took $2,500 from my card for an iPhone 15 Pro. They sent me an email saying thanks for my order and it was 'under review'. 6 hours later they cancelled my order. I called them, waited on hold, and asked why they cancelled it. They couldn't give me a reason. They then told me to go into store and that the $2,500 will be refunded to my card in "a few days".

So basically they took my money, wasted my time, then waited a few days to refund me.

If you want to waste your time I would recommend these guys as they are good at it.
