Two seniors from USA on holiday in London. Looked forward to seeing Operation Mincemeat but needed a special assist with ticketing. Amy at London Theatre could not have been more helpful or professional. Due to her efforts we enjoyed excellent seating and had a wonderful experience.

The discounts are good, but the system not great. There isn't anyone to call if you are trying to book on the website, and I was trying to buy the last ticket in the theatre but it kept telling me I couldn't leave a single seat. I wanted to buy one ticket and it was the only seat available. This is a system error that is not acceptable if you wish to visit the theatre alone.

After making a mistake in booking I contacted official London theatre immediately and they were able to reply in a quick and helpful manner, with instructions on how to rectify the issue. Amy, was most helpful

We used Official London Theatre to book tickets to The Producers, which was a very easy and efficient process. However we were unable to get to London on the booked dates due to our son requiring surgery for a broken leg. I contacted the company to explain the situation and Chloe and Danielle were incredibly helpful; friendly, professional and efficient. They were able to move the tickets and the whole experience was an exemplar of excellent customer service. The service has always been easy to use, prompt, helpful and reliable. Because of age this will be our last trip, so thank you so much for your assistance for well over 100 times.

Amy from official London theatre, was really helpful and a godsend. She was really swift with the reply via email and even though I had bought a non refundable ticket, as a goodwill gesture she was happy to change my ticket as I had booked the wrong show time.
