The device I received was defective from the start. Customer service told me they would send a working replacement, but they required me to pay postage to receive the replacement item, which was unreasonable given the product was faulty.
The replacement they eventually sent was also defective, despite their assurance that it would be tested before shipping, as I specifically requested.
I kept waiting for a proper solution, but nothing was resolved, and I am left with a product I could not use.
My experience mirrors what many other customers have already shared: a defective device, no meaningful results, and customer service that promises solutions but never follows through.

Having received our goods from them we read the instruction very carefully and we found out that this may not be suitable for people with heart pacemakers. We checked with cardiologist and were informed that we should not use it. Eventually after 4 weeks or so they agreed to take it back at our own cost. We sent it back and received a refund for the goods but NOT the £40.00 for the 5 year warranty. There is no phone number to call them on and they have not acknowledge my request for a refund of £40.00 and they have not answered a single email since mid January! Are they trying to SCAM me out of that £40.00?

This company is owned by Brand Street Market and I have found out that it now has a UK County Court Judgement against them.

Do not buy from this company. Ordered on a Black Friday deal, product never received. I had to flood their website mailbox for them to reply to my complaint. They insisted the product had been delivered but refused to send me the proof of delivery. Their customer service is the worst. After 3 weeks of of trying to get them to reply to emails and putting up with their attitude I had to get visa protection involved to get my money back.

How this company can still be in operation is beyond me, what a load of rubbish no no is ,it doesn't work, takes ages to charge,smells burning when using but doesn't burn the hair away, you have to go over the same area about 100 times. Stay away from this product what a waste of money.

I have only given one star because I couldn't continue with no stars.

I purchased my first no no which lasted for a couple of years until it stopped working so I purchased another plus a micro which both stopped working after a few months and stupidly I purchased another which burnt my face because the thermicon sticks on
I purchased yet another November 2024 direct from no no thinking that I might get assistance from customer services if it went wrong unfortunately customer services are useless and my last purchase lasted less than 5 months I emailed them for more than 6 months and got nowhere so I am the proud owner of 4 no no's none of which work
SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! I am truly upset and disappointed

I ordered a no!no!® Pivot on the 2nd of November. After reading the instructions I tried it. It didn't work very well and decided to shave my legs and let it grow out to see if shorter courser hair would be removed better. Unfortunately, that didn't work either. I have tried to ring their published customer service number (0344 482 5089) but no it rings and rings then disconnects. I've also tried using their chat feature on their website and that doesn't put you through to anyone either.

My product also arrived with a damage attachments one of the wires was bent, so I cant use it. I emailed customer services through their website and never heard back. This unit has cost me £189.00 and was not cheap.

I feel that I have been ripped off with a substandard product which isn't fit for purpose. In order to return it YOU Have to speak with their customer service and receive an RMA number. Which is impossible as you cannot get a hold of anyone.

Looks like I will just have to take it as a loss and chalk this up to being a very expensive mistake.

I do not recommend you order from this company as their products are inferior and their customer service is non existent.

Faulty item received. I ordered as their website states they offer a 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee. Delivery note states you must obtain an RMA - Return Material Authorisation Number before returning your item. The problem is you cannot get customer service to respond to get an RMA. I filled in two contact forms and used the "CHAT" messaging service - no reply to any of them. The warranty phone number they give does not work "you have dialled an incorrect number". I am now trying to get my money back via Barclaycard.

First, I like the product. Had one in the past. It did not eliminate my face hair but it became thin and regular use of the device is easy and keeps me handy.
Had issue with late delivery when ordered fast one. After some writing again, I got refunded for the delivery balance.

I have two no no devices. They need new thermo tips. I've emailed NoNo for help as Boots are completely useless. They asked for serial numbers and pictures of devices. I sent the info. No reply. I tried again with the serial numbers and pictures. This time they want purchase invoices. They were gifts. This company stinks. It only wants to sell new kit. Avoid unless you want to be left with useless items

Order a replacement head for my Nono. It came as ordered but a month later I received a ‘repeat’ order. When I looked at the website there was no mention of a repeat order. I contacted them and they agreed to refund my money as it was their fault but could I return the head to them and send proof I had done this. I did as requested sent them proof of the returned to them. And after several emails to them they are no longer replying to me and I haven’t had the refund. Don’t touch them they are a fraud…..

STAY AWAY FROM NO NO UK THEY HAVE ZERO COSTUMERS SERVICES AND NO TELEPHONE LINE EITHER .

I cancelled my order immediately when I realised they made me subscribe to an expensive monthly supply of cartridges. From the way you sell it, it's not clear that this is necessary, it makes it more expensive than a laser treatment. I cancelled my order. I never received the product. They don't communicate and I have not been refunded. it's been more than 1 month now. I'll ask my bank to reverse the charge. SCAM.

I was so excited to buy my no no hair removal epilator. What a huge disappointment. It simply doesn’t work at all. I wanted it because it is rechargeable therefore no cord. Barely removed any hair and I have been using my Braun for years. I did all the correct methods and followed all the instructions but was absolutely useless. So back to Braun for me. So so disappointing for me.
