BEWARE
As a kickstarter backer and almost one year after the campaign, I have no choice but to start a campaign educating about this company and their unethical practices. As of today I have NOT received my unit…I have requested a refund 6 times…I have called and emailed them several times with NO response. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH- DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! As a backer we were given 30 day money back guarantee, but they will not issue a refund for a unit NOT received. As a backer we were given a one year warranty, but I was NEVER sent my unit and I tried to cancel the order since September 2019. The company has been quiet with all the complaints within the campaign.
Kickstarter has told us that they do not issue refunds or enforce policies of their creators. They said they have reached out to the creator and not received a response either. They are encouraging them to be in contact with backers.
This company started selling to the public BEFORE delivery to its backers! They are UNRESPONSIVE and do not follow through with promises to their customers.
