Excellent food for my dog
Excellent food for my dog, gives her an amazing shiny coat. Love buying from Oh Doggy as you get rewards for buying with them, delivery is always quick and the food is well packaged on arrival.

Overall disappointed with customer service
Very competitive pricing. Had a loads of issues changing address and receiving new bags of food when sent to wrong address.
I find it unacceptable that they will not allow you to call them to discuss issues everything has to be done through email.

One to avoid
Firstly sent wrong order then allegedly sent the right one although have been reluctant to send me tracking. Customer service is appalling so had to get my bank involved….only then did they bother making contact!

Woof Box…
We get our regular Woof Box selection of doggy treats delivered monthly and they are always appreciated by Loki who can't wait to get his paws on them.
Oh Doggy have a good selection of quality treats, food, toys and other accessories for dogs of all sizes

I waited and waited for tracking info
I waited and waited for tracking info, but then when I embedded you, you said my parcel must have been lost in your depot! I had to ask for a refund, and find an ternary source of food, as I was nearly without! If you had told me at the beginning that there were problems with my product, I wouldn't have had to wait soong! I never had a problem with Tribal before, as it's the only product my dog will eat!

Food did not arrive and I had to chase it up no one got in touch with me. Refund was given promptly but it would have been nice to know it wasn’t arriving without me having to chase it up.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, and for your feedback.
From looking into your order on our system, I can see that it had been dispatched to you, but as I had mentioned in my communications with you on Shopify Inbox when you initially reached out, after investigating the status of your parcel it appeared to have been mislaid in transit.
Once we have dispatched an item with our courier, we do so in good faith that it will arrive and unfortunately, this was not the case this time around. As your order had been dispatched, we had been working on the assumption that it would be arriving with you, and therefore couldn't have made contact with you to let you know it would not be arriving as we did not know this - we only became aware of the issue when you had reached out to us.
I do appreciate the frustration surrounding this situation, however we had done everything that we could in terms of dispatching your order promptly (your order was placed at 8.21pm on a Friday, so was dispatched asap the following week), and once an item has been dispatched we have no control over the journey of your parcel.
I do apologise again for the inconvenience caused, and I hope you can appreciate that this was a deeply frustrating situation for us also and that we did everything that we could to put it right for you once we were made aware that there was a problem.

Oh Doggy has set the bar high for customer service and unbeatable prices. They consistently go above and beyond, always ready to help out. One time, I mistakenly doubled my order, and they actually called to check on it! Plus, I received a handwritten letter apologizing for packaging that wasn’t perfect (though it looked fantastic to me!). This level of care reflects their commitment to their brand and customers. They truly are a pleasure to deal with, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else for my dog’s food needs!
