Such a beautiful store!
We have been served by Charlotte and it was such a wonderful experience. After completing our purchase, Charlotte has kindly offered to wrap up our purchases while we went for a stroll and a quick coffee. Overall such a lovely experience.

What an amazing experience this was. The Building is magnificent and the design of each room is outstanding. The staff were all knowledgeable about the products and were super friendly and smart. A great Shop to visit.

Claire from the broadway store was so helpful not only in store but due to doing some measuring and having some extra questions on the phone and email after our visit. Fabulous store with professional service.
The Broadway store is beautifully laid out as room sets, showing the products to best advantage. Staff were helpful and checked my purchase (a set of four wine glasses) in case of any faults. Staff were also helpful in agreeing to me storing my wheelchair with them while I looked around. ( I can walk very short distances.) The glasses are lovely and I will enjoy using them.

Went to the Boardway store for help with a coffee table and cushions, the team were so helpful and friendly, the service was a level above. They’re a real asset to the brand. I’d definitely recommend a visit to this store.

I shopped in my local OKA store yesterday (Broadway) and was so lucky to be greeted by of the designers, Claire, who offered to help me choose some new cushions. Claire was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. I am so pleased with my new collection of cushions. I will certainly be back to purchase more OKA items.

Becca at Broadway … excellent customer service!
Becca at Broadway has been extremely helpful.
She supported me with a return from
an online purchase and also held an item for me which was no longer available online but there was one in store. She made notes from my initial enquiry making it really easy to complete my purchase when I called in to collect.
It’s not that often you find such great customer service these days!

Great store and friendly staff
The team at the Broadway store were fantastic, everyone was friendly and super polite especially Paul. Who went above and beyond running up numerous flights of stairs to get an item we had seen. He was very attentive, professional and informative, we will definitely be visiting again

Delivering what they promise
We bought a dining table and 4 chairs from Oka Broadway and wanted to leave a great review for Sarah who helped us there.
