Prior to visiting the store, I’d phoned to check that the item I wanted was available and could be put to one side for me to collect. The person serving me in the store was friendly and helpful and found what I wanted. She unpacked the item to ensure I was happy with it which I was!

Seemed to be very few staff in the shop and therefore the service was very slow. Also the reductions were not readily noted and had to be looked up only a tiny point.

I had 20% code which said I could only do it online but they were able to sort it at the branch so would be a lot easier if it said branch or online .
