Very good at helping me to make the right choice. A pleasure to shop there.

Staff are extremely helpful, they know the products well and provide great design guidance and advice.
During our recent visits to the store and telephone orders the staff were very efficient in resolving our difficult situation and helped to make the right purchase and delivery arrangement.

Meg was so helpful and pleasant, she even came out to our home and did a virtual styling for us. We were hesitating over the colour of the sofas and she guided us to the right choice.

Gorgeous items!
Had a lovely time on Oka today. Wanted velvet cushions for my new sofas and not only got some luscious ganache velvet ones, but they were in the sale at a very reasonable price! And I was also able to buy a lovely linen lampshade for only £18! Staff were very helpful and held onto all my enormous bags so that I could collect with the car. Such a great shopping experience- love the room layouts and quality of beautiful articles. Usually a bit expensive but the sale was marvellous.

I would like to say a big thank you to Polina for the way she has handled some difficult issues with a cupboard. She has been consistently patient and has always dealt with the problems in a helpful and systematic way. A rare thing indeed!
Things don’t always go to plan but Polina and Oka have been fabulous in dealing with the problem.

I wanted some artificial flowers to…
I wanted some artificial flowers to arrange in a large shell - I explained all this to the assistant and in no time at all she went off to come back with a similar size
Vase for me - I had shown her a picture of my shell -
It didn’t take long to try the big hydrangeas - bingo -
We both agreed that this was the way to go. So I was very pleased with all the help and fun I had in choosing

Excellent Experience
Assistants in the Broadway Shop were excellent and very helpful. They packaged my items with bubble wrap very well and then put my items into bags which personally speaking should have been packaged into boxes rather than carrier bags as the handles on the bags broke off and were very awkward to carry
