Had such a great experience at Oka Marlow! The service was amazing from start to finish the staff were so friendly, attentive and really made us feel welcome. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Oka team went above and beyond to get our dining chairs to us on time!
We ordered some dining chairs in November which we needed for a family event we were hosting at the end of Jan. They ended up being delayed and we were told we wouldn’t get them in time. However we then escalated the issue to the senior team and they, along with the lovely Holly from Marlow, managed to get our chairs to us on time and communicated with us really well so we knew it was all on track. We were really pleased with the Stafford chairs!

Eloise & Katie in Marlow were helpful and leant us a tape measure. Eloise gave us some interesting background on where things were made. It was a shame our item was out of stock and we to wait until April!

I have ordered a side table & as there was to be a £20 charge on top of the cost of the item regardless of whether I was collecting from the shop or delivered to my home, I requested delivery. I now see that the item is going to be sent to the shop now instead for me to now collect!

FABULOUS SERVICE FROM MARLOW STORE
The mirror I wanted to purchase had sold out online but the Marlow store was showing as having one. They were so helpful on the phone and as I couldn’t get there for a couple of days said they would contact me if anyone else was interested. They also had to find out if I could purchase it and take it with me as would upset their display. They phoned me on morning of day I was going to the store to confirm they had it off display and I could take it. They even helped me get it into the car. Great service.
