We had great service from the Oka concession in Fenwicks Newcastle. We dealt mostly with Izzy who was very helpful and patient. We had to make some changes and a return but all dealt with efficiently. Delivery and a return went smoothly.

I wrote a review about my experience with the company OKA in Fenwick department store.
Because of a misunderstanding, a message from the member of staff, I missed the call.
I want everyone to know that they were completely unaware that I don’t use voicemail.
The items I purchased were extremely well packaged and protected when delivered.

Chris and Izzy gave great customer service
Chris and Izzy were knowledgeable about Oka products and listened to my criteria for purchasing an armchair. I usually buy from Oka online but it was good to have an in-store interaction so I'll be popping in again. I also couldn't believe that my chair was delivered the next day.

So well presented. Just tempted me to look at more. Everything looks so stylish and put together. Which helped me see how the sofa would look - which was complete opposite to what I thought I wanted. Chris was extremely helpful in putting a look together for me. Sold!!!!

I had a fantastic experience at Oka in Fenwick Newcastle thanks to Izzy. She was an absolute pleasure—so patient, kind, and genuinely helpful while I made my decisions. She even used AI to show me different styles, which made everything so much easier as I was quite indecisive. I spent nearly four hours in store and never once felt rushed.
