Beware the cancelation policy. The will auto renew on yearly subscriptions, but offer no option of partial or full refunds, even if you cancel on the day you’re charge.
There’s plenty of other great music sites worth the money with a bigger range of music

I forgot I even had an account there and haven't used the service in a year. They charged me for a full year, which is a lot of money. I sent two emails and opened a case through PayPal.

Even though I explained that this causes me financial hardship they refused to refund me. They offered 40 percent discount as their final offer even though I explained that I did not want their service.

I told them that this was very poor customer service.

As I have hardly used oktav I can not comment on the service. But their customer support is poor. They should have had some empathy with my financial situation and the fact that I do not use the service.

I would definitely not use this service because in case you forget to cancel in time they have no understanding.

This site is clearly fake - I am an IT techy, and the positive reviews are 99% fake.
The app is designed to take money, and the number of apps like this are increasing.
AI will be able to create a copy of one of these sites in minutes, and soon, in an instant, don't waste your money.

I have played piano for years but then lost interest until I got the OKTAV app, it’s so good for teaching and providing sheet music.. the support team is amazing, I needed help with an issue and within 24 hours it was dealt with. When I am recovered I will definitely be using OKTAV to guide me along my piano journey.

Very pleased that I decided to subscribe to Oktav.

I like that they have music for multiple levels and that I can easily filter through what my level is. I’m about grade 4 so this is so useful to me.

I was caught by the expiry of the free period & deduction fo the annual fee from my account. The company unquestionally refunded the money.

My free trial wouldn’t allow me to download scores, so I couldn’t figure out it Oktav was right for me. So I bought a one-off piece. It was missing the intro which I had to pick up from YouTube. Not a great service.

Irrtümlicherweise hatte ich statt reiner Klavierbegleitung eine Liedbegleitung mit Gitarre bestellt. Man kam mir netterweise entgegen und schickte das Klaviersolo kostenlos nach. Top Service!
