Consistent Unprofessionalism and Overcharging by Drivers in Nagpur

I am writing this to express my deep dissatisfaction with the declining quality of Ola services in Nagpur. My recent experiences have been consistently poor due to the highly unprofessional conduct of the drivers.

There are two major issues that seem to be a norm here:

1. Payment Dictation: Before the trip even commences, drivers insist on personal mobile transfers rather than accepting the official app payment methods, which violates the platform's policy.

2. Extortionate Demands: Upon reaching the destination, drivers frequently demand extra charges over and above the fixed fare shown on the app.

The lack of basic hospitality and the constant haggling for extra money make the commute incredibly stressful. It is disappointing to see such a lack of regulation and professionalism. I hope the management takes strict corrective action against these practices to ensure passenger safety and service integrity.

Worst Experience

I had a very disappointing experience with your service. After booking a ride, the driver demanded extra money beyond the shown fare and asked me to cancel the trip. When I refused, the driver did not come for pickup.
Despite this, I was charged a cancellation fee. I do not understand why I should be penalized when the driver refused to provide the service.
This is unfair and unacceptable. I request a full refund of the cancellation charges and strict action against such drivers to prevent this from happening again.
Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

not at all professional

not at all professional. they auto enables the ola postpaid services. customer support is also not reachable which is headache to customers. Late fees are also huge for paying dues. I was trying to connect to cc for weeks. But no luck.. Pathetic service

When ever we book a cab unless we add extra amount the drivers don't accept the ride.. that unfair for a huge company to do this.. this has to be stopped.. for a 150meters ride I paid almost 80rs .. actual charges are 25 rs with meter .. that's really unfair for OLA...

Rude drivers always demanding extra money and using swear words if we disagree and ola platform does not ever have any response or apology
It's a good thing that metro is coming up soon and we won't need their services

Yesterday we have booked sedan type cab…

Yesterday we have booked sedan type cab for around 5 peoples ,in that four female person and one male person, we don't know that it can be allowed for only four members,driver said it was only four members,so give 100rps extra or cancel the trip ,even tough we are inside the cab , he spoked very rudely with bad words and he cancel the trip , we are very unstatisfied with ola ,action need to be taken against the driver

3 bookings and still no use

My grandparents, Two elderly people were trying to book a cab
They made a total of three bookings and yet were unable to go
1st booking - the driver said he’ll arrive in 5 minutes but he called after half an hour to say he has cancelled the ride
2nd booking - the driver refused to accept ola money and even after agreeing to pay separately he cancelled the ride
3rd booking - driver again said he will be there in 5 mins, didnt come, we get a call from another driver that the drive has been transferred to him by the previous driver. He asked for 500 Rs extra than the Ola money, but we refused.

I would like to bring to your attention…

I would like to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience I had during my recent cab booking.

Although the total bill amount was ₹395, the driver demanded an additional ₹50. When I gave him ₹30, he started shouting and used vulgar language. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

The Ola rider was driving after…

The Ola rider was driving after drinking and was driving very fast. I told him to drive slowly but he did not listen and met with an accident. My leg is fractured. I will not suggest Ola to anyone. I am your old customer and I need a solution for this. Thank you.

While Ola mention agree the final price…

While Ola mention agree the final price with drivers when the app already shows the amount to be paid. What is fun mentioning such words after driver is accepting trip. Many times we are facing drivers after booking cab dtivers demand more than app decided amount. It’s really headache with Ola cab booking

Fraud auto driver online payment process and overcharge

On 9th February 2026 at around 11:30 PM, I booked an Ola Auto in Pune. The estimated fare shown in the Ola app was ₹221. However, upon completing the ride, the driver demanded ₹293 and when I asked to show on app then he refused to show.

When I asked to pay via UPI, the driver provided a fake UPI QR code. I attempted to pay ₹293 twice, but both transactions initially shows failed. The driver then insisted on cash payment, and I paid him ₹300.

Later, when I raised a dispute with my bank regarding the failed UPI transactions, the bank confirmed that the payment of ₹293 had in fact been successfully processed and credited to the driver’s account.

This means the driver received ₹293 via UPI and an additional ₹300 in cash, effectively overcharging me. Request you please raise a complaint with Auto regarding both the driver’s misconduct and the fare discrepancy.

I request that strict action be taken against this driver at the earliest to prevent such fraudulent practices in the future. Raised grievance case no. 19225831 & 19519853 with all proofs but both case are closed without any action as well as confirmation from my end.

Very pathetic and Foard Ola service and not recommended for any type personal as well business and Informed my all company employees not use Ola

Very bad service

Very bad service. I am unable to contact customer care and there is no proper option to send messages. You are charging a postpaid amount and also adding a penalty.
I have already paid the driver through GPay and I have the payment proof. However, I am unable to connect with Ola support to resolve this issue.
Please check the payment details and remove the penalty immediately and I'm unable send details regarding query in app

We booked ride from Pune to Mumbai

We booked ride from Pune to Mumbai, selecting Dadar, Maharashtra which popped up automatically while selecting the location and when Driver arrived to pick us from the location we informed him about the location we want to go he knew that location seems to be different he still started the ride and left us midway after the Khopoli toll and said it's different Dadar you selected. It should be Dadar Mumbai not Dadar Maharashtra and we came to know it's different location and we requested Driver to continue with the location we wanted to go and we will pay the balance as per the charges bill at the end the trip. He didn't agree asked us to cancel the trip or pay him offline. We didn't felt it was right we get down at the nearest railway station and took a train. Paid full charges for ride and extra toll tax. Leaving trip in midway doesn't seems to be right neither there is any customer support to call. driver said you keep trying calling customer care they don't give a shit, I am ending the ride get down and make your own way.

Worst App

Worst App. There is no proper support feasibility in App. Only Support option is there. If I click that there is no other option. How to add the issue then? App is currently a updated one. But still seeing this issues. While booking parcel, it was 93 Rupees. Bike ride was 120 and Auto ride was 170. I just need to deliver Parcel so choosed parcel delivery. After the delivery it was showing 273. When I ask delivery guy he has no clue about it. There is no way to reach Customer Service. How this issue can be fixed. What if there is an emergeny or SOS situation in cab or auto. If a female as to raise the issue, there is no option to raise. It will just ask to choose options and thats it ask for a feedback. Is it useful or not. Yes or no. Whatever you do, it will say thanks for feedback, Even if somebody is getting issue, OLA never cares. When It doesnt care customers then it should be in market. Hope it must be banned asap so that there wont be any issue faced by the customers. Uber and Rapido are wat better than this reaching customer service.
