Je ne comprends pas tous les avis positifs lus ailleurs. Les produits sont super chers et n'ont aucun effet. Même résultat qu'avec mon Shampoing habituel. Pourtant j'ai bien suivi le processus avec n°0 puis 3, 4 et 5. Vraiment ça ne vaut pas me prix!!

My experience with Olaplex is great I’ve been using Olaplex for 4 years plus and never had any problems with any products I have overactive thyroid and one of side effect is to lose some hair but I have never in all the time I have been using Olaplex shampoo conditioner also no.3 and no.0 I haven’t lost one hair in fact it makes my hair look a lot thicker so I am very happy with the products.

Used olaplex and it was damaging my hair. Reached out to customer service in OCTOBER and was told to send receipt and other things which I did and still haven’t heard back! How disgusting is this? It’s now MARCH!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before the purchase. Such an expensive product. I got No. 1 and No. 3, and they did nothing for my hair. Waste of money.

Absolutely terrible experience. The last time I ordered, my package never arrived because the delivery company suspended it due to “possible dangerous goods.” I decided to give this company another chance, and unbelievably, the exact same thing happened again. This clearly isn’t a one-off issue — customer service must know this keeps happening, yet nothing is being done to fix it. It’s beyond frustrating to deal with the same problem twice and still be left out of pocket. I’ll now be contacting my bank to try and recover my money. Needless to say, I will never order from this company again.

Wenkbrauw serum gekocht. Brandplekken in mijn wenkbrauwen gekregen. Verkoper stuurt me door naar Olaplex.
Serum is niet goedkoop. Olaplex heeft nooit gereageerd op mijn mails.

Har brugt Olaplex shampoo og balsam ca 8 mdr., og tilføjede kur for ca 4-5 måneder siden.
Mit hår knækkede, blev helt tørt og ødelagt. Indtil jeg opdagede at jeg også mistede hår.
Det er et forfærdeligt produkt, lad være med at brug det.
Man tager en stor risiko med sit hår, ved at bruge det.
Jeg har lige smidt for flere tusinde kroner Olaplex produkter ud, da jeg ikke engang ville give det væk.

Nu venter der flere måneder, hvor jeg skal have reddet mit hår.

Dit product belooft zo ontzettend veel. Ik heb het eigenlijk niet het geld ervoor maar het toch gekocht ivm droog haar en haarbreuk, overgang. Mijn haar is na het wassen en de conditioner en de olie nog droger dan normaal. Heel veel spijt van deze veel te dure aankoop.

Ovviamemte fatte tutte le cure e risolto il problema ho deciso di acquistare i prodotti olaplex per capelli ricci con kit completo per ridare un po di movimento e ripresa ai miei capelli.
Inizialmente dopo vari utilizzi li ho iniziati a vedere meglio, piu luminosi e definiti. A distanza di circa 6 mesi continui dall'utilizzo ho iniziato a vedere cadere una quantità di capelli incredibile. I capelli sono spenti, secchi e diradati .
Mi sono precipitata a fare una visita dermatologica prendendo per tre mesi vari integratori mirati a ridurre la caduta. Ma niente di fatto. Ho pensato subito ad una ricaduta.
Grazie a dio il cuoio capelluto sta bene. Per cui l'unica causa è attribuibile ai prodotti. Che ovviamente non riacquistero'

Ich habe kürzlich einen Wunschgutschein für OLAPLEX auf Wunschgutscheine.de eingelöst und möchte meine Erfahrungen teilen. Leider war ich von der Handhabung des Gutscheins enttäuscht.

Insgesamt war meine Erfahrung mit Wunschgutscheine.de in Verbindung mit OLAPLEX eher frustrierend. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass der Gutschein als Guthaben angerechnet wird und die Bedingungen kundenfreundlicher gestaltet sind. Ich benutze die OLAPLEX-Produkte schon seit langer Zeit und war bisher immer zufrieden. Nach meiner Erfahrung mit Wunschgutscheine.de, bei der der Gutschein nur als Rabattcode gilt und die Bedingungen für die Einlösung wenig kundenfreundlich sind, werde ich jetzt meinen Friseur nach einer Alternative fragen. Die zusätzlichen Versandgebühren und die eingeschränkte Flexibilität haben mich enttäuscht. Schade, dass die Abwicklung nicht unkomplizierter ist.

The scammed me for more then $300

The worst technical support I've ever seen. The company missed the address in my account and sent to another address 3 paid packages and refuse to refund my money. The asked me to file the claim with USPS , then they asked me to file a Lost package , Iэму sent them all the emails I've received from USPS and guess what ? They asked me to file a claim with USPS!!!!! I Filed a chargeback with my bank and waiting for my money. I won't buy from them again!

Worthless products ever! Non useful, scam

Ik kan als kapper mijn klanten net dat extra beetje beter helpen tijdens het highlighten van hun haar.

I placed an order on 9 Dec, which DPD failed to deliver on two occasions. I have emailed Olaplex every day for three days and heard nothing back, and I’ve heard nothing from DPD either. Not sure how I’m going to get a refund when I can’t get hold of the company.

Really disappointed by this experience, certainly can’t recommend them

Would give zero stars if I could. Placed an order on 24th November and it still hasn’t been shipped. Attempted to contact Olaplex via email and then chat. No response to my email and the moron representative couldn’t tell me anything other than that I’ll receive a notification when it has been shipped. Declined to escalate the issue. Advised me to email support (which I’d already done) to escalate it.

NOOIT meer zal ik Olaplex gebruiken. Enorme jeuk en bultjes, maar het ergste: extreme haaruitval. Ik ben meteen gestopt en maak me echt zorgen. Hopelijk groeit het haar wel weer terug! Dit merk zou gewoon verboden moeten worden. Na contact met de klantenservice mocht ik de ongeopende producten op EIGEN kosten retour sturen. Het is toch niet te geloven!

The shipping timeframe of 1-4 days is not accurate. From the Black Friday sales in Australia expect significant delays. Their response

“ We want to let you know that your order is experiencing a delay. Our Australia warehouse is currently handling higher than usual volume, which has slowed processing times.

I have ordered in the past outside of special sales, and it was processed within their standard 1-4 days with a tracking number available. Some delay I understand but I’m now at 2 wks and no shipping confirmation. I think it’s best if they inform ppl of delays vs no contact. Who knows if and when the product will arrive.

Franchement, grosse déception avec Olaplex. Ils m’ont prélevé plus de 170 €, et aucune de mes deux commandes n’est jamais arrivée. Le pire, c’est le service client : aucune vraie aide, aucune solution, on a l’impression qu’on se renvoie juste d’un message à l’autre sans avancer.
Honnêtement, je trouve le site pas fiable du tout. Je ne recommanderai plus chez eux.
