Redken aka Finger-snippers?

I literally cut open my finger while opening the extreme length shampoo- how the helly that happed I don't know. But be careful to not gain the same ptsd as I did after that terrifying shower.

I ordered on redken November 21

I ordered on redken November 21, 2025. My ordered shipped on the 22nd and its been delayed since then. I called ups and they said the order must be lost. They did an update on the second still saying delayed. I called redken support for a replacement or refund and they said since it was a update on ups website they have to wait 8 to 10 business days! Why??? Its the same update DELAYED!!! I paid for 5 day shipping, and is been way over that. This was part of a Christmas gift because my daughter lover their products. I will not buy with them again. I did dispute through my bank.

I tried to make a purchase on the…

I tried to make a purchase on the Redken website jumping through all the pop-up boxes that you can’t close so I’m trying to pinch it open to see in between the boxes trying to find my product. Once I find my product, I put it in the cart go to checkout put in my discount code for signing up with my email and phone number. Add my credit card, but the box for expiration won’t open. So I use the PayPal option however it never sent the link so I go back to the Redken website and it’s dumped my cart. Now I have to start over finding my product trying to see through all the pop-up boxes that won’t close, Add it to my cart, get to the checkout I put my discount code in now. It won’t work because it says I’ve already used it. So I contact customer service, who is absolutely no help whatsoever go back to my car and it’s empty again I gave up.

Really bad/non existent service. I have asked their customer service team online about a simple stockist question and no one has replied over the last couple weeks, even after my follow up. They don’t care about customers at all

Redkin one United has transformed my…

Redkin one United has transformed my hair. Amazing results. It has transformed my dry brittle highlighted hair and it now looks in good condition, also much easier to blow dry. Please do not discontinue this product as I love it.

No phone number for discount!…

On line the Redken Website asked for email address and 15% off if I would also give my phone number. I did both. Proceeded to make a shampoo and conditioner purchase put in the code I was sent for 15% off and the company took away the free shipping. So I ordered higher price same items and would not let me use the discount code. I called Redken and was told I went under 50.00 for the original sale. OK the larger amounts of sale which was a total of 70.00 the code was not good for amounts over 50.00!. Because I called he would give me the discount! I would not purchase anything at that point. Cheating customers to get phone numbers. Purchase elsewhere if you must have a Redken product. For me I will not use Redken ever again.

HORRIBLE Customer Service

I placed an order with Redken on 10/18. I tried to live chat right after placing my order to cancel it and live chat was not working. I sent an email about canceling my order. Said I would receive a response in 48 hours. Over a week goes by and I still never received a response. Since then I have received my order. So I called on 10/23 and spoke with someone about getting my order returned and explained I tried canceling my order to avoid all of this. And he said an email would be sent to me with a link for a free return label so I wouldn't be charged the return shipping fee. I waited until the next day and called again when I did not receive this email. I am on the phone and put on hold multiple times while she is trying to get it all sorted out. Took over 40 minutes to then be told they don't have an option to do free return labels! Even thought I was already told I was getting one. So I finally get an email response and I just keep repeating myself in these same automated emails I keep getting about the return policy. Which I am aware of the return policy. But I was already told I was getting a free return label. At this point it is just principle and customer service has been HORRIBLE! So, basically the way I am reading these emails, even if the order was damaged Redken Does NOT care and will do nothing to make the situation right. I would have had no issues if I would have been told otherwise from my first phone call. But I don't understand how I can be told one thing and then something different. It shouldn't matter who I speak with. Everyone should be on the same page. I just simply want to return my order for a refund and get this free return label I was told was being sent to me. I can't believe how poor and unprofessional Redken's customer service is. I have been purchasing Redken products for years and after this whole incident I'm all done.

Tried to contact support nobody has…

Tried to contact support nobody has contacted back. New product is very poor bought the acidic bonding shampoo conditioner 1000ml Earl and the binder treatment. It is so bad and leaves mine and my daughters hair so knotty she had to go back and was with a much cheaper conditioner just to comb. I never get knotty hair even if I don’t use a conditioner?? What has happened here why? And why nobody has got back to me it has been weeks. I also found the shades eq very drying and washes out after three washes first wash fades so much to a more transparent colour.

I purchased the Redken Extreme…

I purchased the Redken Extreme conditioner and the Extreme Bleach Recovery shampoo and used it for 10 weeks, washing my hair at least three x week. It did nothing for my hair. It’s WAY overpriced and doesn’t stand up to its claims. Don’t waste your money. I bought some conditioners and shampoo at Sally’s Beauty Supply by the name Ion and it’s a wonderful product. Try that instead. You’ll be happy with it.
