recently ordered 2 litres of raw frozen colostrum from Old Hall Farm and I’m extremely impressed. The delivery was quick and everything arrived perfectly frozen thanks to the careful packaging.
The quality of the colostrum is excellent — fresh, clean, and clearly handled with great care. You can really tell this is a farm that takes pride in producing natural, high-quality products.
The ordering process was smooth, and communication was clear from start to finish. Overall, a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be ordering again and would highly recommend Old Hall Farm Norwich to anyone looking for premium raw dairy products.

They pretend the butter is raw but they actually buy bulk pasteurised cream to make it, it's only 20% raw, they lie to their customers seeking honest products to make a few extra quid. Appalling ethos, greedy owners and swindling locals for monetary gains all under the guise of "ethical natural foods" - which you don't get

As far as raw dairy goes, this is the best available in the UK and I've tried many different brands. The butter is delicious, as is the raw milk. I also love to buy eggs in bulk.

The only thing that I struggle with is the customer service. I often spend well over £100 each order, and one order was delivered upside down with the majority of eggs absolutely crushed and the box torn and saturated with broken eggs. I know eggs are bought at risk to the customer, but these had been trampled/tossed around by the courier and couldn't even be salvaged. I called to talk to someone and was told to email instead, which I did. I got an initial response, and nothing after even after chasing up the email.

Great customer service goes a long way, and is something that customers remember when continuing to support companies.

I've since placed two further orders simply because I want to support this farm, and their produce truly is exceptional quality. These orders thankfully arrived in perfect condition. Just sucks a bit that I didn't hear back or receive compensation for eggs I couldn't even eat.

Absolutely amazing raw dairy products from grass fed Jersey cows, clearly produced with great love and care - some of the most delicious food I have consumed! It pains me to only give four stars but unfortunately the customer service is not so good. The website acknowledges that there is a gremlin in the system and it is not wrong - I was unable to place an order on it. I did manage to order by email but there were missing and incorrect items when it arrived. No response to emails despite being overcharged for what I received. They clearly prioritise the running of the farm and production of their great product line over the office work and of course this is better than the other way around! It does make it difficult to do business with them though!
