I had a great experience with this washing machine repair service. The engineer was professional, punctual and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it efficiently. The price was very reasonable, with no pressure or hidden costs. It’s not always easy to find someone reliable, but I felt confident in the service from start to finish. I would definitely use him again and would happily recommend him to others.

I am surprised by the other reviews. This company came (today) to repair my washer/dryer the same day I requested the repair; the engineer clearly knew what he was doing and was very knowledgeable and precise. We agreed on the price over the phone and the agreement was offered. The price was reasonable. The engineer reviewed the photo of the damage I sent in advance and brought the correct parts. And he didn't mind coming at 7pm, after hours, at no additional charge. It was a very responsive and competent service ideal for a busy family. We will use this company again!

Do NOT use. The company is most likely made up of one dishonest guy. Don’t trust his quote or reviews on his website.
He quoted, plus parts, but more than doubled the bill without having replaced any parts. Then threatened my tenant and demanded that I pay by bank transfer there and then, over the phone. I was in the middle of a Pilates studio just finishing a class when my phone was blowing up.
I asked for a couple of minutes to get out but was shouted at. Had I been aware of the situation I would have demanded a breakdown of his fees.
I received no invoice. I had no idea what I was paying for at the time, and still do not.
I had initially waited the two hour time slot given but he did not show until an hour later. My bank card was left with my tenant to pay but it was not accepted. There had been no mention of an on-the -spot bank transfer when we had called for a quote. As if I should be ready and waiting for whenever he wanted the payment.
This man is nothing less than a criminal. Avoid at all costs.

SCAM ?
I called and got a next day repair booked, my local repairmen were busy... I needed a quick fix with 2 young children and 3 washes to run...
I was told on the phone it would be £79 + parts.
My machine needed a new heating unit fitted.
The generic part is worth maybe £20... the official Siemens one is £80.
I paid £240!
I never got a receipt, now they are unresponsive to my calls and emails...
[The repairman was a joke on his own, I wouldn't have minded if I had paid £100.. but for the price I paid.. unacceptable.
He called me so I could help him with the parkmeter...
Then he asked me for a towel, the first one he rejected, ''a bigger one''.
Then he asked for a bowl, again ''a bigger one'' [which never got used anyway].
He asked me to cut off the water, to check if it was indeed off in the taps. [I still have 2 children to put to bed btw...]
Finally he asked for a mop and dish soap to slide the machine back in place and clean the mess.
He did fix the heating unit and removed a bra wire from the machine, so thank you, but I just paid too much]
