Customer Service is Excellent!
I purchased the 'oh so fine' necklace in June 24 and have pretty much worn it ever since, however unfotunately it snapped recently when I was putting it on.
I reached out to Olivia & Pearl to see if this would be covered by the warranty, or if not, if I could use the repair service.
I was contacted by Clementine immediately, who could not have been more helpful, arranging for a replacement to be shipped the same day!
The customer service I have received is second to none. Not only do they make beautiful jewellery, they really care about their customers.
I would not heistate to recommend them and will definitely purchase from them again.
Very happy customer :)

I loved the knecklace
I loved the knecklace. However with regards to the free gift of the bracelet, I did find it very hard to clip it myself because of the stiffness of it which was disappointing Just passing on feedback which might be of use Kind regards Linda

Order and delivery went smoothly.
Slightly disappointed with chain in quality and sizing. I’m not big around neck but even at longest felt uncomfortable, added magnetic clasp which has allowed extra length to be comfortable to wear.

So happy with my beautiful keshi pearl necklace and earrings. I bought them in preparation for my brother wedding in New York - but could not resist wearing them before! They are beautiful, unusual and have been getting the compliments already.

Exemplary service and beautiful products
From the very first time I bought my pearl earrings from Olvia and Pearl I have found their service exemplary in beautifully wrapped packaging. I have so many of their products as well as buying for friends and family members. My daughter loves her heart shapped earrings and wears them everywhere. So many people compliment me on the earrings and neckless I wear.

Poor customer service
Bought a necklace which is lovely, offer included a free bracelet. Received the necklace which is great but not the free bracelet. Have tried emailing multiple times with no response. Poor service. Why offer a free bracelet if you're not going to actually send it?!?!

We responded to your email 11 minutes later, explaining that—as stated in our advertisements and on our website—the free gift with purchase is available when you spend over £125.
We also clarified that you used a discount code on your necklace, which brought your order total below the qualifying threshold. As a result, the free gift was automatically removed from your order.
We always strive to provide helpful and timely service, and we hope you’ll agree that our response—sent within 15 minutes—reflects that commitment.
We’re so pleased to hear you love the necklace, and if you’d still like to receive the complimentary bracelet, please respond to our email. We're happy to assist in removing the discount code so you can pay the difference and qualify for the gift. Excellent Customer Support
Bought a beautiful pearl bracelet for my partner which sadly broke quite shortly after purchase. It turns out this was a faulty product - which does happen!
Lilly from the support team was excellent from start to finish. Returning and replacing the product was seamless and she represents the company very well.
I’m looking forward to regifting the bracelet and as I wanted it to be something to keep!

Shipping issues / Product origin issue
I ordered to mainland Europe - I was looking for a quality gift, which seemed to fit the bill.
They advertised 2-day delivery, which was false. The item took a week to arrive but of course as it wasn't DDP ( Delivery Duty Paid ) it took a lot longer to deal with customs.
The worst of all was what I saw in the commercial invoice via customs:

Is this all made in China?!
Despite the products looking fine, I'm now unsure about the quality - nowhere in the website it's mentioned that these are Chinese manufactured jewelry

Update: The shop has now updated their Delivery page which should eliminate similar issues and I find their explanation for the commercial invoice acceptable.

Thank you for your order and for taking the time to share your feedback. We were disappointed to receive your review, especially as we had been in direct contact with you over the past few weeks, working to resolve the delayed delivery and ensure you were happy with your order.
We sincerely apologise for the delay. As noted, your location in Bulgaria falls outside the standard EU express delivery zones, meaning the advertised express service was not possible in this case—this was not false advertising but rather a limitation of courier services, as well as a technical error on our part, for which we sincerely apologise. Additionally, as stated at checkout, duties and taxes are not included and remain the customer’s responsibility within the EU.
Despite this, we took immediate steps to rectify the situation. Your shipping service was was free with no charge, so we offered you an additional 10% discount on top of the 20% discount you had already received. We also reached out last week to ensure you were happy with your pieces but did not hear back from you.
Regarding your concern about product origin, we can reassure you that our pearls are sustainably sourced from our pearl farm partners across Asia, including Japan and China, which produce some of the highest-quality pearls in the world. Each piece is hand-finished and shipped from England, and we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery.
That being said, we’re truly pleased to hear you love the Olivia & Pearl pieces! We hope you enjoy wearing them and appreciate your support.
