DO NOT BUY- they refused to ssend a return label offering me 20% refund on the cheapist shoes- not at all what was described in ad. They are thanking me for donating the shoes - here is there response ---

If I could give them a zero I would. Dress and fabric quality disgraceful. Customer service all talk until you ask for a refund and then they ghost you. Disappointed and disgusted.

Item ordered and didn’t ship for 2 full weeks. I tried to cancel multiple times. Customer service said once I finally received the item they would help with a return and refund. Then they offered 20% refund, then 30% refund and now we are up to 40% refund. If I want to return I have to shio to somewhere in China for $40/$50. The quality isn’t what they represented, they did t ship timely, and they are t located in the USA.

Do not buy from this company. They will not refund your purchase, will offer you 20% and to keep the item. Then if you want full refund you have to pay fo shipping back to China. And they also offer 60% discount on a future purchase.

Complete scam and quality was not good. Stay away

I ordered suede booties on sale for $89 only to receive material booties over two weeks later from China. When I reached out to express my dissatisfaction at their misrepresentation, they told me I’d have to pay for return shipping back to 3rd Floor, Building 2, Baiwei Industrial Park
No. 170 Xiangshan Road, Qinghuang Village
Qingxi Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province . The website states “30-day Risk Free Returns”. This is not a company out of Boston, it’s a scam. Beware. Plus the booties were worth $15 and SHEIN Quality.

I placed an order with Olivia & Ella Boston expecting a standard retail experience. However, the order took far longer to arrive than advertised. The branding implies a local business, but everything actually ships from overseas. Customer service is unhelpful when you ask for tracking updates. Buyer beware.

I love theire clothing, I order one dress for my girlfriend, and she absolutely loved it. Shipping was not the fastest, but i got a lot of emails with the most important updates.

The sweater was good quality. I was kept well informed via email about the status of the delivery. Very happy with this purchase.

Sham site, should have read reviews and complaints first!! Typical overseas cheap warehouse hiding behind US labelked website

Bought a green dress with sheer sleeves and 2 layers of skirt. Got blue dress with fuzzy flowers on single skirt and long sleeves. They won't honor their money back gaurantee and won't tell me how I can ship it back. They have offered me 5 various partial final refunds and won't budget past 50% refund. They are based in Netherlands. Shipped clothes from China and are not from Boston. Fake storefront!!
