Don’t buy anything from this company, total scammers, they shouldn’t be allowed to trade. Company isn’t based in London as it appears. Not only was the dress faulty, big pull in the material but it was inferior, nothing like what advertised and with no labels attached. I contacted them to ask how to return it and was told it would cost me £35 and would probably get lost in transit as it was going overseas. They told me to keep it and offered me a 10% refund, which I refused, they then offered me a 50% refund which never arrived.

Agree with all the 1 star reviews in that this is total sham. Can't comment on the quality of the items because they haven't arrived.... it's been over 3 weeks and the tracking link they provide with the email saying it's been shipped just says 'Not found'. When I look old it up on their. Website using the order number, it said the same thing. I have messaged them (no response) and thought about going to the store but of course that boutique on the website doesn't exist when I tried to find it. Caution to anyone buying from an unknown retailer, check the background and reviews first, any one can set up anything and promote it on social media these days. It is a hotbed of scammers.

Do not buy from this company. Implies in marketing that it’s a London store - it’s not. If you want to return the £39.95 dress because it’s poorly made, and worth approx £5, they will charge you £35 for postage !! Raised a concern with my credit card to try and get my money back. So upsetting !

If i could I would have given zero. From their advertising everything looks genuine. 2 dresses arrived from China! Even though they say delivery by royal mail. 1 too small, 1 too big and the most horrible fabric i have ever seen. If you complain they offer 50% refund . Thank goodness for bank charge back!

Should be zero stars. Total scam company. Certainly not based in London as claim. Quality of garment received does not resemble advertised dress Fabric awful. Customer service appalling. Cost of refund and return equals cost of dress. Why oh why did I not check trust pilot before I bought. I can see how many other folk have had the same experience

Total scam. Company not based in London as photos shown, delivered from China free delivery on a rubbish dress nothing like the picture depicted far too big and totally unflattering. Unable to return when contact made with company told shipping charge would be £35.00 on a dress costing £34.95 but worth about £10.00. As good will offered a 10% refund and told to keep the dress!!!!

Complete scam - beware ladies. If you look at the website, it's all AI generated of a faux London shop window, no team to meet, no shipping costs.

I ordered 2 items they took 2 weeks to arrive, they look nothing like the image on the website, very poor material and completely wrong size and gigantic in size! Further to reviews I’ve just seen I haven’t even attempted to get a refund , just thrown them in the bin!

I need to add to my review this company has since offered to reimburse me half of my £70 order. This was on the 18th July todate no credit of £35 received and this company are blaming my bank for the processing of the credit as it hasn’t been received, a complete scam company!

If I could give no stars I would - company is not UK based - dress took weeks to come, was very poor quality and when you contact for a return they have a £35 shipping charge which is more than the dress - they offered a 10% refund as an alternative - basically £3.40

I had no idea this company wasnt based in London....the impression given on their website...but in China. The sizing, poor quality and nothing like the description of the dress. When requested info to return...as their website stated no quibble returns within 30 days but no £ quoted for returns.......was told it would cost me £35 to return ....or a 10%reduction on the dress which didnt fit to keep it. The dress cost £34.95. Less than return postage!!! No where did website add...how much return postage would be. As I would not have ordered knowing this.
I really wish I had read these reviews before I ordered....as its been an expensive lesson. Please do not order from this company. It certainly is a scam company.

Unfortunately I didn’t see these poor reviews until after I’d ordered my ‘vintage silver’ earrings. They arrived after 2 weeks well packaged in a nice box. The earrings are pretty enough but definitely not silver of any kind and are very poor rough quality. costing £19.95 reduced from £80 if I recall. I will wear them.. until they disintegrate.

SCAM. Do not buy from them. They make out there a London shop but the parcels come from china. They come very cheap material , nothing like the pictures. They ignore you. You will not give your money back.

They scammed me for a lot of money. Never did get my merchandise. THIS IS A SCAM. I tried ontacting Olivia and Mae and didn’t get a phone call back. SHEAM ON THEM

Bought a dress for £48, expecting it will be a nice decent quality. They sent it from China, although I was expecting a UK company, the dress didn’t fit properly (was way too baggy and wide over the waist), it looked nothing like in the picture. And on the back threads were coming out.
I requested to return the item for a refund, they offered me a partial refund and keep the item. I said that I have no use for the item and want my money back. They sent me the China address to return it to, I did that on 18th of December, 2024. Still no refund. I wrote them a couple of email since then, but they just completely ignored them. So I am down £48.
Read the reviews before buying from anyone online and stay away from this one.

The absolute WORST! They are a scam. Ordered three dresses from them they looked nothing like they did on the website and then sent them back and didn't get a refund.
