The ordering process is simple and clear and I receive the ordered garments will be shipped quickly (to Switzerland). If something doesn't fit, the clothing can be returned with 14 days of receipt. The amount is always refunded quickly. I also really appreciate the very friendly communication with the Olivia May Team; whenever I have questions, I receive a quick response / support.
