I’m still in the first week of taking them, I haven’t noticed anything yet but I know it’s going to take time.
I do like that they are not like most gummy’s that stick to and get in your teeth. The favor is nice but wish there were other favors not just the watermelon.
Excited to see how they make a change in the months ahead.

Easy to find what I was looking for and order. I have been using Omni for three weeks and do see a difference in my menopausal muscle mass. It is smoother. My belly is less prominent.
