Easy to buy, well-marketed; hopefull
If it’s as good as it purports to be, I will be very pleased. But I didn’t see anywhere on the actual packaging that this is third-party tested as it claims to be. Did I miss that? Also, I do not like receiving an offer of 52% off following my original purchase if I order additional immediately. Makes me feel pressured without all the information, i.e., total price. So I am sticking with trying it for a month and seeing how it goes. Appreciate your 30-day guarantee and hope that is not one of those bogus offers that you can only return unopened product because obviously the product has to be used to see if it is found to be useful or not and sadly the contradiction here is that you are supposed to take creatine at least 30-60 days to feel any benefit. To answer your question, OMNI is third-party tested, with every batch independently tested for potency and purity, including screening for contaminants and heavy metals. We understand that this information may not be as visible on the physical packaging as it should be, and we appreciate you pointing that out.
We also completely understand your hesitation around the additional discount offer. Our goal is never to make customers feel pressured into purchasing more before they've had a chance to try the product and decide if it's right for them. Taking a month to evaluate OMNI for yourself is perfectly reasonable.
And regarding the 30-day guarantee, you are right that customers need an opportunity to actually try the product. Our policy does allow opened product to be eligible for a refund under the OMNI Free Guarantee for qualifying first subscription orders, subject to the stated limits.

Still very unethical business
Even though this company replied they would be glad to correct these errors they notified me again today that they’re shipping more unwanted product. And they are not answering my emails which I was instructed to send. I have not seen any refund of my money that they incorrectly debited from my account. I believe this company is immoral and unethical.

Do not purchase
Do not purchase! I purchased Omni creatine not realizing I was put on a subscription. I notified the company through the Shop app where I purchased it. I was able to cancel but not before 3 other deliveries arrived, after the original email. I requested to return the unopened product but have yet to receive a reply despite offering a money back guarantee. I will be contacting my credit card for resolution!
09/02/2026 Omni sent instructions for returns and refunds. I followed their instructions and I have yet to receive instructions. I have sent multiple emails following Omni’s instructions. No reply!!

My only hesitation to ordering was if I were to not continue with the process product contact information was in the tiniest print you could have easy seen as a smudge or shadow on your phone. You have to hunt for it. I hope these really work. I’m 55 and am active, just need muscle fuel! Healthy eating isn’t doing it anymore.

Trap subscription, nasty taste, worst customer service!
I ordered the creatine gummies and the taste/consistency was nasty. I tried to manage and take them anyways but it’s too chalky. The worse disappointment was when I received two more pouches on the mail!!! I reached out to customer service who was useless than started to process to return it but I would only get $31 from to pouches that I paid more than $80 for. I never opened the 2nd shipment bc I was determined to return it, but this company is literately stealing!

We want to clarify a few points here. OMNI subscriptions are disclosed at checkout and can be managed at any time through the customer portal, including skipping, pausing, changing the delivery schedule, or cancelling before the next order processes.
Returns are also handled according to the return eligibility shown for each order. The amount displayed in the return portal is based on the items and order being submitted, not an arbitrary deduction by our team.
We’re always happy to review an order if something doesn’t look right.
