Easy to order answered all of questions. Now that I have the machine they still answer all of my questions. They are professional on the phone. I have no idea why I have not traded up sooner!!

Shop elsewhere!!! Still waiting!!! No Q.C.

Ordered on 3/12/25 received it on the 15th and found that the power cord was wrong called and was told they needed a picture so sent pictures and was advised they would send a replacement also found they didn’t ship the rotary tool so reached out the next morning and was told “we will send one out” about a week goes by and the rotary shows but no cord. So I went and bought a cord and started setting up the laser after using it for two hours started having issues which come to find out the power supply was bad😡 so another call for a replacement. So after that I was supposed to receive a shipping label which I didn’t so another call…when the support person said I’ll see if I can get a hold of whoever issues the label..I said what does that even mean! Please get a supervisor…once I got through it took 3 mins to get the label. So on to the replacement unit after waiting 5 more days I get it setup only to find this unit was faulty as well (over heating) so back on the phone which it was my intention to get a refund but after taking with the support team he convinced me to give them another chance….and they could get a replacement right out if I let them put a credit card hold on my card..if it gets me to get it faster sure…..so that wasn’t true…so all they did was create a shipping label that fedex hasn’t picked up yet🤦🏻‍♂️ sent an email trying to find out what was going on to get a reply saying I’ll see if I can find out. I really can’t be the only one who has gone through this. I’m sure I’m missing some more issues I’ve had with them but it’s so frustrating!

Ordered a laser that was in stock…

Ordered a laser that was in stock according to online website. They allowed me to pay in full. Next day I received email saying my unit was a presale unit and that it would be about a month before they get it. I asked them then to do right and upgrade to a machine that was truely in stock. They weren’t willing to do anything but 100 credit . They are refunding my money but time is money and 100 dollars doesn’t cover30 days of no laser. Sorry we will not be doing business with Omtech lasers.

Got my laser going but it took a while.

The overall service was great. I was able to get my laser back up and running. The speed of the communication was terrible. Only one or two emails in the middle of the night mad for a extremely slow experience that took way longer than it should have.

your web site is hard to navigate. I tried to download one of the free designs and never got it to work. make it easier and more understandable.

So have had my Polar going on a year

So have had my Polar going on a year. There have been some small issues, nothing major in that time.
I should add I bought a returned unit that was in good shape. 6 months warranty.
When getting it there are upgrades that need to be made and some that just make using it better and easier. Things I think shouldn't have upped the price that much if they came out of the box. Those are the red dot, controller panel, and better designed lens holder. Air assist leaves a lot to desire so that could have been better also. They also unknown why put the ammeter in the back under the moving tube so you really can't see it. Why ?????
Overall tho its cut and engraved good.
Support has been okay. Nothing to hold a parade for. Its email and its slow and aggravating with the back and forth and sometimes they request really stupid stuff. Whether its a stall tatic or lost in translation who knows but they.
Would I recommend it, yea.

Amazing tech support

I felt listen to and they strived really hard to make sure they understood my issue. And then when I didn't truly understand what I was supposed to be doing they re-clarified to make sure that I understood what I needed to do on my end. Some of the best customer service that I've ever had if I'm going to be completely honest!

First I would like to thank the team for postponing my call a couple of times. I ended up figuring out the issue on my own but I did gain some wonderful insight from Edward. He answered all my questions no matter how mundane.

The K40 was packed so well

The K40 was packed so you could drop it off the Empire State Building and it still work. All the documents were great and explained how to hook up everything. All is working great

We ordered replacement tube various…

We ordered replacement tube various times and everything single time it arrives broken. When you call to ask to use a different form of shipment or if they are send the package overnight because of our urgency they say no. It is worst company and product!!!

We usually do not offer overnight/2nd-day air shipments for laser tubes, as the carriers usually handle the item in a manner that breaks the laser tube.

Todavia no hemos podido arreglarla, pues el servicio tecnico on line no para de pedirnos siempre los mismos datos, pero no consigue arreglara
