I wanted to return my unused machine. Customer service asked me for a reason, and then has not replied to repeated emails over 4 weeks.

Je me questionne. J'ai bien reçu la machine (après plus d'un mois) mais impossible de la connecter au bluetooth. J'ai contacté le support avec qui j'avais déjà eu des échanges sur leur adresse officielle "support(at)one-punch.co" dans l'espoir de trouver une solution. Depuis plus rien. Ils ne répondent plus. Pourtant ils étaient loquaces avant. En l'état, la machine ne me sert à rien. Pour le moment, c'est juste des centaines d'euros perdus. Pas merci donc

Es una estafa. Pagas una máquina cara y te envían una de mala calidad y defectuosa directamente desde China a través de Amazon. La atención al cliente solo sirve para marear y hacer que desistas en la reclamación o que se acaben los plazos de devolución. Sí quieres devolver te dan una dirección de China. ¡¡No compréis aquí!! Son estafadores , espero que cierren pronto la página.

Still waiting for over 5 weeks !!!! for my oder (with priority shipping and extra fee!) and I got only a not existing tracking number after 4 weeks of investigation... The communication with the customer support is friendly but useless, because I am only put off.

Compré una maquina directamente en la web de OnePunch y resultó no tener nada de amortiguación. A cada puñetazo te destrozas el hombro. Cuando conseguí hacer una devolución pagué el envío y la devolución (100€ en total) pues la empresa nos hace cargo. El paquete se quedó retenido en las aduanas de China. Porque la empresa es americana por el producto es chino, las instrucciones de la maquina vienen en chino. La empresa no me ha ayudado y, por supuesto, no me ha devuelto el dinero. 500€ me ha costado todo y ni siquiera tengo la máquina.

Took a month to arrive. Does NOT stick to walls. I stuck it on my countertop and it left a blackish green ring that I've tried to remove with everything, including bleach, and it's still there. I am livid.

This is a dropshipper, the machine itself is very cheaply made. If you want to return it they make you send it back to China, for horrendous shipping costs.
Stay away!

Beware of fraud, do not order from this supplier! I ordered and paid for a high-quality product, but received an inferior fake boxing machine made of plastic directly from China. The OnePunch app doesn't work with it either. Don't waste your money!

I really enjoying it. It does indeed makes my fitness much more fun than when I used to go the gym.

Danny and the team are awesome and I got a great support all the way from being interested in this and also with ideas after I received the machine.

I just watched a video with a lady using a one-punch machine. That was the first time that I've heard of them. How exciting! What an excellent idea. I gave a rating of 4 star because I have not experienced actual use of it. The 4 stars are based on the device, the idea and the excitement it brought to purchase one and put it to use. Once I receive mine I will update this.

Des frais de transport de 46 euros m'ont été demandé à la réception à payer à l'ordre de Ups (le transporteur) je suis en France.
Des grosses difficultés à installer le programme de la machine car lorsqu'on flash le Cr code, cela nous dit qu'il y a des risques élevés de sécurité, et quand on recherche sur le net, beaucoup de tentatives d'escroquerie via des publicités et des fausses applications. Attention certaines demandes vos codes de carte bancaire et c'est une escroquerie.
Nous avons télécharger le logiciel via play store (j'ai un Android) et là c'est parfait.
L'appareil ne fait pas de musique mais vous pouvez connecter vos enceintes. L'appareil fonctionne vraiment bien et c'est très cardio ; j'adore
Cher mais ce n'est pas du gadget.
Par contre, ne vous attendez pas à avoir de l'aide pour l'installation, la barrière de la langue est un énorme frein.

Ordered from them, got the product, it is not working, contacted them and it took me this long to get a final address to return. I bought from their website didn’t read the return policy, got the product didn’t work and it hurt my arm because i thought i needed to punch hard to make it work, it turns out it is not working. They gave me a return address to China the. Texas and finally they gave me a California address which matches what is on the box. I shouldn’t pay shipping because it was defective, if it worked i would have loved to have it. These people play with our time and money, i wish we can stop them.

Made an order spent my money got a link that expired and nothing was delivered. Emails ignored

Shocking customer services have emailed 4 times plus contact through the website asking where my item is , zero replies happy to take my money . Stay clear its now in the hands of my bank

Shipping was terrible, I waited months and never got any communication even after emails asking for an update. When I emailed that I had decided to dispute the charge on my card I suddenly heard back with a tracking number. The app is terrible and had to be side loaded (wasn't in app stores). In audition the app was not in English and I couldn't navigate it. The app did not function on a tablet and when we did get it to work the beat on the music didn't line up with the lights on the device. After a few months I just put it in the trash.
