It was a great experience from booking on line to receiving the results. I booked at Cheltenham Clinic on Monday 16th June at 10.45 to do Ultimate Performance and Ultimate Allergy Screening (ALEX 2.0) Blood Tests. On arrival I was greeted by Jenny, Phlebotomist at the clinic. She was very friendly, made me feel at ease. Jenny explained the procedure, gave a consent form to sign. Blood was taken painlessly and in a second, though I have tiny and deep veins, which are usually difficult to find. The results started to arrive by 10 am the next day. It is remarkable! The results are presented in a clear, easy to follow way. I am very happy with the whole process and greatly impressed with the turnover time. Highly recommended! Thank you One Day Tests!

Very professional and a great service

There was a good choice of tests. It was easy to book, and the results came through very speedily. I was so impressed at my appointment, that I picked up leaflets to give to friends.
There were 5 results which stated 'needed attention'. I was expecting an individual analysis of my results specific to me. Unfortunately they were just generic. I found it difficult to fully understand what my results meant to me, as they required to be looked at in conjunction with each other. Without a breakdown for me individually, I decided the way forward was to book a phone appointment with the One Day Tests GP. I felt £85 was expensive for 15 minutes, but decided that an expert assessment of my results was worth it. To work out why I suffer from fatigue, dizziness and weak legs. Do I need to take more B12, Folate and Iron as some of the tests suggested. The appointment was booked for an evening which was very convenient as I am a full time carer for my mother and the evening is my only quiet time. Sadly the GP I spoke with was unable to give me any more information. He suggested I see a Haematologist. This conclusion really wasn't worth the £85 which is a lot of money to me as a pensioner. I would not recommend this part of the process

I got an appointment very quickly. Usually have trouble getting my blood but Jenny did it first time and painless. Results were all through within 48 hours.
The only downside was that my doctors didn’t agree with the reference ranges on the results.

Excellent and efficient service across the board, would highly recommend. I enquired about Blood tests for my daughter on Thursday afternoon, booked them for Friday, and by Saturday morning I had the results back.

Convenient, as could just turn up on the day. Central location, the phlebotomist (Jenny) was very thorough and took time to work out most reasonable deal, the relevant discounts and most appropriate range of tests. Test results were sent within a couple of days. These were detailed and highlighting areas for possible future GP follow-up.

Quick and efficient service. The staff member was very pleasant and informative. Results came back super quick too.

The test was booked same day as visit (Friday) and results were received very quickly (Saturday).
The iron test didn't test for transferrin saturation though but was still able to diagnose iron insufficiency and make me eligible for an iron infusion.

The person i saw was so lovely, i think her name was Jenny (i am so sorry if i am wrong). Very informative and patient 10/10
