Jenny the phlebotomist was absolutely excellent at her job. Results came through promptly and were easy to understand. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Brilliant service!!
I had a blood test done at the Cheltenham clinic with phlebotomist Jenny and she was absolutely amazing, I didn’t even feel the needle go in! The results came back within 24 hours which I’m very impressed with.
Jenny was very professional, she explained everything that she was doing as she went along and made me feel welcome & comfortable. I will definitely be recommending One Day Tests to others!

Hello Alee, thank you for your review, your results for the bloods were released on the 23rd of December. If you have not received them, please get in touch with our customer services. Your results were not rejected.
Regarding the urine samples, the turnaround for this is 5 days and your samples for PCR were received in the lab yesterday, so it will be 5 days from yesterday.
So we don't really understand what the 1* review is for, but we are very sorry to lose you as a customer. If you wish to contact our Customer Services, you can do so as per the usual contact details.

Highly recommend visiting the Cheltenham Clinic for One Day Tests. I had a blood test on Friday with the Phlebotomist Jenny, who was very friendly, welcoming and professional. She explained everything to me and was very quick and efficient. The whole process only took 10 minutes. I received my results quickly and am very happy with the process overall. MB

A very professional approach to the patient. The friendly atmosphere helps you feel comfortable.
The first results were sent to my email the next day.
Everything is presented and explained very clearly and transparently on the patient portal.
