It was a very positive experience. The phlebotomist Ollie was really friendly and approachable. He took the time to explain everything in detail. The blood taking process was smooth and pain free! Results were all received the next day. Would definitely recommend.

I really hate needles, and I have been told by other people in the medical profession that they have found it difficult to find a good vein to take blood. On this occasion I felt nothing and there were no issues.
Ollie was very knowledgeable, talked me through the process, and explained what would happen regarding results and how to access them. Fantastic service all the way through.

Excellent service from start to finish. I called for advice on which blood test I needed and was advised that I could attend without an appointment. Within 40 minutes of my call, my blood had been taken, and I received my results the very next day. The staff were friendly, efficient, and highly professional. Highly recommended.

Easy to order and pay for. I paid a professional to take the blood because my test needed quite a lot. Phlebotomist was excellent, charming and a very interesting person, plus I barely felt a thing. All in all it's very reassuring to know that if I want to check things that the NHS no longer does or won't, I can get it done relatively nearby and quickly.

im not good with needles and my experience at one day tests was brilliant it was done so well and i was absolutely fine.
the booking of it was so simple and quick as well, im not knocking the NHS but this was booked late afternoon and in the next morning and results back the next day, yes it costs (not ridiculous price) but health is more important at the end of the day.

Very friendly service , I have difficult veins and the practioner was able to get my bloods on the first go , explained the process in person using visuals and the test results came back really quickly - if I didn’t have medical training I would have been a little confused with results (Northampton clinic)

My husband and I went for a wide range of blood tests (over 70 markers), and everything was handled very smoothly and efficiently.

The blood draw was extremely quick and professionally done - the staff member was absolutely fantastic and made the whole process easy and comfortable.

We received our results very quickly, which we really appreciated.

Overall, the service was excellent from start to finish, and we would definitely come back again in the future for any further testing needs. Highly recommended.

The blood testing was easy and the website with results is simply stellar. Such a good service. Don't be put off by the first website experience which is a little bit hard to navigate between the different tests, the service itself is out of this world good. The lady who took the blood in Milton Keynes was awesome, she told me all what to expect on the website etc - very helpful.

Very nervous of blood tests but wanted to screen for health issue - shouldn’t have worried. Ollie was so nice, relaxing environment (not too clinical) and fully supported. Results make sense and dashboard is easy to understand - as well as super quick! I am recommending to everyone already in office who complains of a health niggle to go for blood test!
