I had issues with the finger prick test this am, couldn't draw enough, so i emailed for advice at 6am. By 9 am Elle had come back with a simple solution and link to upgrade to venous draw. Very reasonable too.
Its 13.15 same day and I've just walked out of the MK offices having had my blood drawn, following a great welcome and discussion with Ollie who just continued to exceed my expectations.
Given the price point its fair to say i am more than impressed. Exceptional value for money. Highly recommended

Absolutely delighted with the service received from OneDayTests. As a man of a certain age, I decided it was time to stop worrying about certain things & find out for sure. I booked the ‘Ultimate Prostate’ and ‘Ultimate Longevity’ tests on Tuesday, visited our local centre for the draw on Wednesday, the samples arrived at the lab on Thursday & by Friday afternoon, 74 of 75 biomarker results were all completed & available to review in the online portal with full explanations of my values, normal ranges and what high or low results can indicate! The result for the last test came through the following Monday to complete the set. So to conclude, I went from worrying about the risks of prostate cancer & other potential health issues to a full set of results in less than a week. If you want to know, this is the way to go.

Easy to book a time that was suitable to me. Easy to park right outside. Virtually no waiting despite being early. Results quicker than expected.

I was made welcome, the procedure was fully explained to me as was the results process and how I could access them from 24 hours after my visit.

Ollie at Milton Keynes was excellent, explained the whole process, health dashboard and advised on the turn around times. I had made a mistake and ordered online an extra test that was already part of the bigger one so he did a great job sorting that out for me. Very convenient and easy to book

Converted to at home test to having blood taken once I saw the vials that needed filling. Messaged for a link then it was easy to convert and I’m very pleased I did. Results were all back the next day and were easy to read.

I was able to make an appointment very quickly at a time to suit me,the nurse who took blood test was very professional and informative.
Results came back within 48 hours, which was good as this was a PSA test followed by the graph showing top and bottom figures which I am happy to say were good.

I visited the Milton Keynes branch yesterday for a homocysteine test, which isn't widely available because the sample has to be ultra-fresh to be viable - meaning that on-site phlebotomy is essential. GPs don't offer it and it is hard to get even through a consultant. I didn't have time to sit down before I was called in to the consulting room. Ollie, the phlebotomist, was delightful; calm, friendly and reassuring. All done with in ten minutes, and completely pain-free. The time quoted for results was three working days. In actual fact, I received the report the next day. My Hcy levels had dropped by 22% due to my B12 injections, thus providing incontrovertible proof to my (closed-minded) GP that I will need B12 shots for life. I will enjoy telling him so.

A special shout-out to the phlebotomist at Milton Keynes Oneday test centre- I believe his name is Olly. He was absolutely fantastic! I never ever have had my bloods taken with such ease. He is brilliant- such a professional! He put me at ease and gave such person-centred care. He also explained all the services and the process very well, and in a way that it was easily understood. He is truly an asset to Oneday Tests!

I always struggle getting bloods taken and he did it without any stress or fuss.

He went to great lengths to explain the process of what was going to be tested, how quickly the results would arrive and how best to provide this information to my GP.

He also offered a follow up with their GP if I had any questions or concerns regarding the results.

Quick and easy to book and i was in and out in 15 minutes. Results the next day.
