Speedy
I went online, booked a slot for the next day at a local site, had a friendly and very competent phlebotomist draw my blood in the morning and received the results by email that afternoon. Very impressed.

Excellent service start to finish
Easy to book. Dealt with in a timely, professional, supportive way. Results through in about 4 hours. Not expecting them for 24 hours. Had a couple if questions which were answered by your BOT. Very impressed with the whole service.

Managed to book at very short notice on the two occasions needed. Results were returned same day both times which was quicker than expected. A little pricey compared to going through a private health provider, but for an emergency this is an excellent service.

We completed our 1st tests with One Day yesterday. The whole process from booking/giving the sample/ receiving the results is very slick and professional.
The dashboard of results is clear/simple and informative. no negatives to highlight.

An excellent service
The service was easy to book, premises easy to find and the phlebotomist/nurse was professional and kind. All my results came back on the same day and I found the graphs and written information easy to follow. All in all, very impressed.

Excellent service, highly recommend!
Booking is super easy, I went to their clinic for drawing the blood samples, the nurse is very professional and the whole process is extremely smooth. I did the test in the morning and got the results via email the same day in the afternoon, their lab is highly efficient. Highly recommend their service, excellent job!

Seamless and pleasant experience
So easy! I booked my appointment at 9am to visit at 12pm and my results were back by 4am. The lady in Tunbridge Wells clinic was such a lovely person and I would highly recommend, infact I have recommended and received a 20% discount for a referral.

Great service. I booked in conveniently, lady who took my bloods was lovely (think her name was Linda?) as I was nervous. Results came through quick, some same day! Have booked yearly subscription
