Twice samples were sent
Twice samples were sent, twice they were left over the weekend and no results possible, very disappointing. Its not a One day service

Hello Stephen,
thank you for the review, just to clarify, you had the home kit, not a clinic appointment.
Unfortunately the Royal Mail did not deliver your samples overnight back to us, as per their Tracked 24, so if we don't receive the samples on time - not much we can do. You have to post Monday to Thursday, as per instructions, but even so, in this case Royal Mail did not deliver on time. You would not like us to test old samples and give you inaccurate results, I am sure.
We have resend the kit to you free of charge, and happy to continue to do so, but we cannot control the post, unfortunately.
Also, just as an aside, this was nothing to do with the Tunbridge Wells clinic, you had the home kit.

Great find !
I was going into London to get a blood test done when i found this place 3 minutes from my house, half the price, great lady (nurse) did not feel a thing and results back in 3-4 hours.
Do not hesitate to book, i used the tunbridge Wells branch.
