I own a property in the UK, my tenant called me about a blocked drain, I emailed oneflow Drainage immediately and got a quick response they were fantastic from start to finish!

Cleaned drain and arrived on time.

OneFlow are a local company that responded immediately, were upfront about costs (quite reasonable). And they pointed out it was a shared drain, and thus utilies company were responsible, didn't charge us.

I recently used OneFlow for my blocked drains and couldn’t be happier with the service. Excellent service from start to finish. They explained everything thoroughly and fixed the issue in the first instance. Would highly recommend

The service provided was excellent for my elderly parents, aza was really respectful of their home and im pleased with everything that was carried out, taking care of them is always a priority and they were able to be out the same day to fix the issue with the external pipes and drains outside the kitchen down the side of the house.

After being scammed by another company, I was understandably nervous about finding someone new to resolve our drainage issue. Called one flow due to a blocked toilet in my elderly mother’s house. They told me they’d prioritise me as this was the only toilet. Had an engineer out within the hour which I was super impressed with. They also offered OAP discount which I felt was very considerate. Would definitely use again if needed.

I had a really good experience with OneFlow drainage. I had an overflowing drain which I was really worried about as it was flooding my garden and started to go into my garage which I use for storage. The lady on the phone arranged for an engineer to come out within an hour. The engineer was very helpful and sorted the issue quickly. Would highly recommend this service. Hopefully I won’t have any drainage issues again but if I do I will definitely contact one flow. Have saved their number in my phone! Thank you

I called this company to arrange drain unblocking, I was told I would get a call before the appointment the call never happened and nobody turned up, a disgraceful service that doesn’t answer the phone
