Excellent company easy to order, delivered when they said it would be, and the bench we bought is as described. Its a lovely solid bench that was easy to assemble

We ordered 2 Rubicon sheds from One Garden. As I hadn’t heard of them before I gave a silent prayer that they were kosha. I needn’t have worried! The service was great and they promptly and effectively answered a query that I had a little while after delivery

Bought a garden bench. Cheapest offer for the one we wanted. Kept informed with the progress of the order. Delivered on time, very well packaged, and the bench is lovely.

Product was delivered in a timely manor and in good condition. Product was as described. I would have no concerns about purchasing from them again.

Only a partial delivery on the wrong day, not signed for, not left with a neighbour, only have firewood at the moment, although it looks like quality fire wood, I’m not skilled enough to make the rest of the bench which is why I thought I’d buy one.

Found what I wanted with ease on the website. I know where to go for future garden furniture. The chair is solidly made and part assembly was easy.Looks stylish and is comfortable too.

I waited 4 weeks for delivery and assembly of a Shire Potting shed, having paid in full more than £1100 4 weeks before that. The hoops I jumped through with sending photos of the base with spirit levels in 3 positions close ups of the bubble and access I accepted and understood. The earliest installation date was 4 weeks later. Yesterday. I was supposed to receive a phone call an hour before they arrived by 12.50 nothing. Three calls from me later I heard conflicting stories of the fitters location, my place on the list and was assured it would be yesterday. The fitters were not answering their phones. They still aren't today. The last call I made I was assured that she would ring me with an update before lines closed at 4.30. Nothing. This morning I have spoken to Emily at Shire who has been the most Helpful and I actually received an apology which I haven't had from One Garden. Still no shed. It's the most appalling customer service I have ever encountered. Chaotic and full of excuses and zero communication.
Don't ever be tempted to buy anything from either company. One Garden, once they have your money are not interested.

My shed was delivered on time and was complete. The written instructions were different from the online video but advised to follow video procedures. Would have appreciated clearer advice on use of short or long screws. However, two men erected shed which turned out to be looking good and is quite sturdy.
Good value for money! Could be improved with advice on suitable down pipes/ water harvesting.

I recently bought a Shires log store from One Garden and was very happy with the experience.
Ordering was easy, I was able to choose my delivery date and the log store arrived on time. The delivery driver was very courteous and friendly. It was securely palletised and is good quality not difficult to put together.
I would definitely order from One Garden again

I originally ordered a shed through Rymans, whch was a Shire shed. DONT EVER BUY A SHIRE SHED OR SUMMERHOUSE, customer service is appaling. In the end I cancelled my order with Rymans and went to OneGarden and I am really pleased I did. Their customer service and communication were both really good, delivery was prompt and on time and delivery driver was helpful. I bought a Mercia summer house 7x7 in the end, the only thing that was missing was a tube of sealant for the roof, I did not bother reporting it as I did not think I needed 2 anyway but I am sure One garden would have sent another if I had asked. The summershouse is decent, and what I was looking for and wanted to pay I am happy. It took 2 guys who were experienced 4.5 hours so if you are thinking of doing it on your own maybe double that, they did say they were not the easiest instructions to follow. Overall I am happy with the summer house and One Garden, I would recommend them and use them aagain JUST DONT BUY A SHIRE SHED FROM THEM OR ANYONE SHIRE ARE AN APPALING COMPANY.

They don’t really deserve this 1 star but unfortunately I could not give the MINUS 5 stars. I see someone has given a very similar feedback in the past as I have experienced. Their customer service is rubbish. I bought a shed via them which they ordered from Shire. The shed delivered didn’t have any glass for the windows. I immediately contacted ‘One garden’ to let them know and all they did was to try and get Shire to ring me to sort it with me. I have now been waiting 7 weeks for the glass. AND still they repeat whatever Shire tells them rather than actually coming up with a solution and pushing Shire to do something positive for their customer. I have always had to ring to find out what’s happening. I have today ensured that they understand that I am their client and NOT Shire, so I should hear from them and NOT Shire. Let’s see what happens!
