Great experience

Jodi was very professional and surpassed expectations. She was very helpful and personable.
I did not appreciate that the wait time kept increasing after I booked the appointment and joined the queue. Starting off with "usually less than a minute" and ending up waiting a half an hour is just bad expectation setting. If you had simply put a counter for how many people were in front of me or even explained "this wait may take up to 30 minutes, but may be as little as 1" I wouldn't have any criticism.

During your session, the document provided was not uploaded in the required format and did not include all necessary pages. The notary paused the session to give you an opportunity to upload the complete document in the correct format so the notarization could proceed properly.
We understand that technical and document requirements can be frustrating. However, our notaries must follow required procedures and cannot complete a notarization when the documentation does not meet those requirements. We also expect all interactions between customers and notaries to remain respectful and professional.

We understand the session took much longer than expected, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration that caused.
Looking into your session, we saw that the total session time was 80 minutes. This included your specific request for a Florida notary, which added about 23 minutes for reassignment, along with the time needed to carefully review and notarize your 70+ page document page by page to ensure everything was completed accurately.
While this did contribute to a longer session overall, we understand that it was still a significant amount of time, and we're sorry for the experience this created.
