I bought the mat for a Christmas present and couldn't get the app to work. I emailed them on Christmas day and got a personal reply within 5 minutes. Unbelievable service. 5 stars

I wouldn’t even give 1 star. Placed an order and spent £95, the order was left at my front door and I live on a busy main road, when I got home the parcel was gone. I sent an email immediately, they replied with the picture asking if it was my address and again I replied immediately saying it was my address in the picture and could confirm the parcel was not there. This was a Santa present for my little boy. They have not responded to that email and been no communication in over 1 week now. I am now £95 down and no parcel with 3 days to Xmas. The customer service has been shocking. They just don’t reply. I also tried to contact Yodel which is impossible and I have now had to go through my bank to try claim the money back.

I ordered a mat for my grandson for Christmas. Unfortunately the delivery company (Yodel) messed me around. I asked Oneofeleven for some help and their customer service has been amazing. They sent me another mat which arrived swiftly (via another courier) in time for me to take to my grandson. I know it will be a great hit with him. Thank you very much.

I bought this football mat for my son, and he absolutely loves it! It’s perfect for those days when the weather’s bad and he can’t play outside — he can still burn off energy and have loads of fun indoors. The quality is really good, it’s safe to use inside, and it keeps him entertained for ages. Definitely worth it for any football-mad child!

I have been wearing the shin pads for the last few weeks now and they have been amazing! So comfortable felt like I wasn’t wearing any. Great product would recommend!!

We regularly use the Oneofeleven mats and app with our students. It’s a great indoor activity that the pupils really enjoy. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great product to help the kids get their extra touches in at home. Easy to use and great quality. We also love their grip socks!!

One of eleven gifted some grip socks and a ball mastery mat to my son, and I must say both the socks and the mat are very good quality! My son was able to ping the app onto the television making it easier for him to follow the steps/moves on a bigger screen. We have already noticed a difference in his footwork in a small amount of time.
Not forgetting the customer service is also amazing, nothing is ever too much.

What a great company! One of Eleven supported our International Women’s Day football tournament this year and donated some amazing prizes for our free raffle. The girls were so excited to win the pink grip socks, ball and training mat. The lucky winner of the mat has already improved since using it.

Brilliant product my daughter absolutely loves it and has already after two weeks improved her control of the ball using this mat. Customer service was above and beyond, responsive to questions and delivery really quick!

Bought this as a Christmas present, we wasn't impressed and didn't want it. Tried to return it on the 5th Jan and they said sorry 14 day return policy was valid even though it was delivered on the 19th Dec and was contacted on the 5th Jan.

Very basic product for what they are charging, and awful customer service. Wouldn't recommend at all.

I got in touch with OneOfEleven wanting something as a present for my step son, after seeing how much everyone loved their products. They were great to deal with and you could see why everyone is so excited over what they do, because of the love and effort that they give. The product did not disappoint and has been in non stop use since! Will for sure be going back in the future, especially with Christmas around the corner!
