Both of my twin boys have autism and ADHD amongst other learning difficulties. Fpro has completely transformed our boys attitude towards football and sport in general, we're not even a month in and already their foot work, balance and co-ordination has improved immensely. Not only has their been clear skill improvement, their overall enthusiasm for playing football and ability to focus and stay engaged has increased. I highly recommend to amy parent wanting to increase their childs confidence and skill in any sport not just football!!

My nephew uses it every day, and he loves it! Perfect addition for football skills development.

I bought the app and I waited a while before writing this review. My son has been using it for about three weeks now, practicing around 20 minutes each day.

I’ve started to notice real improvement in his control of the football, and his feet look much more balanced and confident when he has the ball.

One small piece of advice: I would suggest buying just one month at a time, because kids can get bored quickly. It’s also much more fun and motivating when a friend or relative practices with them.

The only thing I would like to see added in the future is more types of training in the app, such as dribbling exercises. They have great customer service!

This is my 3rd order since December! My kids love this program and love training. The App is great to navigate for my kids age 4,7,10! They all train at once hence why this is my 3rd order. We needed 3 mats and socks! I have seen the results on and off the field and I’m so happy we ordered this.

Mon fils a grandement amélioré sa technique grâce au programme Fpro. Il apprécie et, moi aussi, le renouvellement du contenu et des exercices. De plus, lorsqu'il y a des problèmes techniques(très peu) le service à la clientèle est super. Ils nous répondent et règle notre problème dans les 24 heures!

I sent an email in the evening asking about access to an old account we hadn't used in about 2 years not expecting a quick response. Miryam responded very quickly that evening and quickly sorted the issue. Excellent customer service.

Great customer service. I have lost my activation code for my order from 2023 and today they solve it in just a few moments without any problems. Thank you guys, thumbs up.

Ordered Full kit on Jan 11th, now 29th and it's still not delivered. They claim issue is with UPS, UPS say they have mistake in their shipping and that's the last update I have a week ago.
I had to chase and ask but explanation is - check with UPS.
I have not paid UPS anything, I ordered from you and it's you that have decided to use UPS.
Get some responsibility and find out what is going on with my order which was supposed to be a gift for the birthday of my son which is a week gone now

I order the pro Kit (more thon 200€ after the réduction) and the ball was missing. And then it was sent so it is ok. Why two stars ? I do not like the subscription fee Model : way too expensive. A few years ago you could by the app for a flat fee.

NB. you asked me for the reference to find my purchase. I answered quickly (it was my sons' ref) and you found the purchase, and admit it in you mail. So you should also change your answer as I have changed my review

App is incredibly glitchy. Have had a few occasions where we had to email customer service bc we couldn’t use the app and they reply the next day if we’re lucky. So that’s not great, but it wouldn’t have led me to write a review.

At this point, however, we haven’t been able to use the product in a week. It won’t even play videos at all, they all just buffer. The solution from fpro? “We wanted to let you know that we’re planning an update to our video player and playback experience next week.
Could you please let us know if the issue will resolve after the update?” That’s it. When they say in the reply below that they explained anything, they are lying. Im addition, none of the things they mention (network, operating system, etc) have changed since day 1.

Meanwhile they have ignored every request for a free additional month, which is imo the absolute least they should do. We paid for a year access and we cannot geta full year use. That is essentially theft. I paid for 365 days but i will get maybe 350 IF the update even works. It’s not hard to tack on a month and admit some responsibility here.

I have a 38 email long thread with their customer service if that explains how many issues we have had. The past 10 emails are me telling them what’s wrong and asking for a ONE MONTH extension only and them telling me to just wait despite the clock running on my year and not being able to use it. How many things that you’ve bought require that many emails back and forth?

I’ve asked to speak to a manager and gotten nothing. They just keep saying wait. This reply below is by far the most effort they’ve put into my case yet.

I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

Unser Sohn mit fast 7 hat sofort Feuer gefangen und macht ihm sehr viel Spass. Die App ist intuitiv und einfach zu verbinden. Sehr gute Anleitung. Der Rest ist üben. Die Spiele mit den Diamanten hat es unserem Sohn wirklich angetan.

Great customer service. I had delivery problems with UPS but the customer service of FPRO helped me all the way to receive the product at an alternative address.
The mat is of good quality and the app is pretty good too. My son started practicing right away and still does. Thank you
