Luxury cashmere jumpsuit

Ordered a wool jumpsuit to wear around the home during cold weather and it came up big. I left a review and was contacted by one piece advising to contact their customer care department regarding alterations. I followed their advice and after dealing with Kajsa who was absolutely amazing I now love my jumpsuit. It’s very warm, feels great and fits perfectly. 5/5 for the jumpsuit and 6/5 for the awesome customer service from Kajsa.

Not worth it!

Their sizing is ridiculously incorrect, and when you inevitably have to exchange or return, they charge absurd shipping costs, take a lifetime to respond to emails and process refunds… and in my case, they then shorted me $60+ on my refund, and now have to wait for weeks again to get a response.

The jumpsuits themselves are decent but not nearly worth what they charge, many hundreds of dollars for an extremely average product that should cost a fraction of the price. Absolutely not worth it, and customer service is terrible. Buyer beware

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastische service van Onepiece!

Wat een geweldige ervaring met Onepiece! Ik had een kledingstuk dat vervangen moest worden, en ik ben echt onder de indruk van hoe professioneel en snel dit is opgepakt. Vanaf het eerste contact werd ik vriendelijk en duidelijk geholpen. De communicatie was helder, het proces verliep soepel en ik werd goed op de hoogte gehouden.

De vervanging werd razendsnel geregeld en het nieuwe kledingstuk is perfect. De kwaliteit is zoals altijd top: comfortabele stof, mooie afwerking en precies zoals ik gewend ben van Onepiece.

Het is tegenwoordig zeldzaam om zo’n klantgerichte en probleemloze service te ervaren. Dit geeft echt vertrouwen in het merk. Absoluut een aanrader – niet alleen voor de kleding zelf, maar ook voor de uitstekende service!

NIE WIEDER!!! Keinen einzigen Stern wert…… 😣fast schon Abzocke!!!

Würde am liebsten gar keinen Stern vergeben!! Habe im SALE zwei „onesie“ jumper gekauft, der eine war sooo grottig verarbeitet (kostete regulär sogar 249,-€….was für ein Witz!), überall abstehende/ herausragende Fäden & schiefe Nähte, schlecht eingefasster Saum & Reißverschluss…… eine Frechheit! Auch für „nur“ noch 99,60€ zu teuer!! Und der andere leider zu groß! Habe wegen der Kosten für den Rückversand (9,90€) , über die ich mich im Vorfeld informiert habe, dann aber keine erneute Bestellung gemacht. Da hierbei auch die Versandkosten anfallen würden (6,90€), da unter 150,-€……

Ich habe meine Bestellung daher komplett retourniert und jetzt soll ich dafür NICHT nur die 9,90€ für den Rückversand zahlen, sondern AUCH die 6,90€ für den Versand des Paketes zu mir!!! ALSO INSGESAMT 16,80€ für NIX!!! Absolute abzocke!!

Ich habe wie bereits erwähnt, mir die Konditionen bzgl. des Rückversandes, vorher durchgelesen und nirgends darüber etwas gefunden, das man dort so mit Kunden umgeht……
Lediglich unter der Rubrik „8. "COOLING OFF" PERIOD“ findet man einen ganz versteckten Hinweis, das ganz weit unten (im ENGLISCHEN Text noch zudem)…… wo man diesen wichtigen Punkt nicht erwarten würde!! Also absolut berechnend & so gewollt. Fühle mich so verarscht und abgezockt!!!

NIIIIE WIEDER werde ich da bestellen und es auch allen so weiter erzählen!!!

I have tried to contact them for weeks

I have tried to contact them for weeks! 3 different emails. And they don’t respond. I have a size xs I bought last year and it fits perfectly, I bought a new one now and I measured it too before buying but it was sooo small. So I needed a return and exchange to a size bigger. THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH! I don’t have any return label to send it back either?? Now I have a one piece I can’t even use!!! So much money!! Stay away.

Faktisk aldri vert borti bedre kundeservice, var på utkikk etter en spesifikk onepise og fikk kjempe god service, dem leita igjennom kontorer og på lageret da de egentlig var utsolgt, men de klarte å ordne en til 1/3 del av prisen pga av at det var en prøve 😍 super fornøyd og har kjøpt 7 forskjellige jumpsuiter hos Onepiece 🥰😃😃
Kundeservice har alltid svart innen 1 dag og er kjempe hyggelige og gjør absolutt alt for at kunden skal bli fornøyd 🥰😃❤️❤️

This time I didn't get the size right: the onepiece I had from them was from years ago and I got a little confused (well, quite a lot) and also, I wanted them to arrive in time for my wedding. It's going to be the onepiece I wear that day! So, in my rush, I ended up messing up the order.

Even so, I'm very grateful to customer service, especially Kajsa, who made everything so easy for me: the return, choosing the right size... In short, thanks to them, We are ready for the wedding with our onepiece (my fiance too)!

What is going on OnePiece

What is going on OnePiece, your designs are not as good as they were years ago. Boring, bland and uninspiring. They used to be so funky, do you have a different designer, if you have, sack them. Really wanted to buy a onesie in the black Friday sale, but found nothing that stood out for me. The denim products were nice, but only one colour, acid wash, could do with a dark or medium denim colour as acid wash went out in the 90s. I ended up going on Vinted and buying pre loved older Onepiece onesies that people were selling at a fraction of the price. I bought a lovely denim brand new with tag one for 22 pounds, bargain.

ELSK!

Jeg kjøpte en Puppy Green jumpsuit og en Good Chill Hunting jumpsuit i strl S, og jeg er 168cm. Passelig romslig og akkurat slik jeg liker dem. Puppy Green blir nå brukt daglig hjemme og jeg fryser ikke mer. Hurrah! ^^ Digg stoff og pene å se på.
Forsendelsen gikk også bra :) Ingenting å klage på herfra ^_^

Excellente expérience.

Excellente expérience à tous points de vue.
J’ai d’abord commandé un Jumpsuit en taille S (j’avais pourtant bien lu les mensurations indiquées par le fabricant sur son site…) que j’ai reçu en 3 jours. Ce vêtement était bien trop grand pour moi et j’aurais pu m’en douter. Mais n’ayant pas l’habitude de ces tailles, je m’étais entêtée… (je mets du M d’habitude en tailles françaises). J’ai donc renvoyé l’article le lendemain. J’ai été remboursée sous 14 jours.
En même temps que le retour, j’ai commandé le même Jumpsuit en XXS (deux tailles en dessous) que j’ai reçu 3 jours après. Taille parfaite, Confort/chaleur/tissu/finition exceptionnels.
J’ai alors commandé un second article que j’ai reçu très rapidement malgré un jour férié en France.
Je renouvellerais cette expérience sans hésiter une seconde.

Tolle Produkte aber... Achtung!

onepiece hat eine tolle Auswahl und die Qualität der Produkte stimmt.
Es gibt allerdings 2 Punkte, die ich gerne für interessierte Käufer erwähnen möchte:
- die Größe "S" ist wirklich sehr groß. Das ist in Wirklichkeit "M/L". Ich trage oben rum "M" und Hosen in "S", aber die "S" Größe von onepiece is sehr sehr locker.
- ich finde bei den Preisen, für eine Retour knapp 10 Euro zu berechnen, obwohl der Laden mit den restlichen Kauf um die 700 Euro Umsatz gemacht hat, nicht verhältnismäßig. Heute berechnen viele eine kleine Gebühr für den Rückversand. Aber auf dem Preisniveau ist das nicht korrekt.

Noch zu der Winterware: die Teile aus Wolle und Kaschmir sind sehr schwer und leiern schnell aus. Da sie auch sonst locker sitzen, sollte man definitiv 1-2 Größen kleiner kaufen. Das Problem könnte dann allerdings die Beinlänge sein, wie das im meinen Fall ist.

Problem finally solved

Update the 8th of August.

After my insanely negative review below, I finally heard from Onepiece.

I guess they are legally apologized for not responding.

I keep my review, though, because I Think it might be useful for people to know, that there might be a problem here with e-mails bouncing.

I was actually getting really furious, as my review shows, and I felt cheated, manipulated and stupid.

But I just received a very pleasant e-mail with instructions and a returnlabel.
@ Onepiece:
I Will highly recommend, that you start sending returnlabels with the items, when you ship. Other stores do that, and only withdraw the money for the returnlabels, if they are used.
In that case you wouldn’t risk that your costumers would feel helpless for not being able to return an item.

My old review:

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!
DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE!!

They do not respond, when you try to contact them. If you are so lucky to get your ordered item, it is impossible to reach them to ask for a refund, when the size or colour is wrong. This firm sucks. I hope they will burn in hell.

Update.
No. That isn’t the case. And I have been writing to you over and over again on excactly that email-address. I have tried to reach you on support@ onepiece.com several times. No answer what so ever. Also tried this emailaddress: vip@ onepiece.com
But do not get any answers, not even a confirmation-email, that you have received my message.
Stop trying to blame some false webpage for your own failure.
