I have been buying from Onepice for some several years, love the jumpsuits and cannot fault their customer service. (edited to add) I should have said that on my last order a few days ago there was a problem which was sorted out almost immediately.

Hab am 15.08.22 eine Bestellung bei ONE PIECE aufgegeben die gute Nachricht der Versand ging sehr schnell und nur paar Tage später wahr der Jumpsuit da. Das Problem liegt leider bei der Kommunikation mit OnePiece wie auch die Qualität. Die Jumpsuits sind echt teuer und dafür hat der Anzug bei mir nur 2 Monate gehalten und schon wahren die Nähte kaputt gegangen. Wollte eigentlich das der Jumpsuit viele Jahre hält. Wie ich hier lese bin Ich allerdings nicht der einzige mit dem Problem. Ich bestell bei OnePiece wohl leider garnicht mehr.

Købte vare, 5 timer efter var den 20 % billigere… bad om de 20 % retur, men nej ingen prisgaranti!? Ikke engang på deres egen side🤬

Great products.
However shipping takes forever.
Returning a product costs €9,90! That’s insane. Especially since I only need to change the product, because it was too small. Even after measuring and using their size table.

Very annoying. Two weeks waiting and still not the right size.

How are other companies capable of delivering the next day. Or better yet, how is onepiece not capable of a faster service?

Great customer service, great support item went missing and was sorted out fast 👏 will buy again I've had their items before and they are top quality 👍

They advertised an early Black Friday deal, where you would automatically receive a discount after submitting your email into their subscription pop-up, giving you 15 minutes to select what you want and complete the purchase. I continued to the payment page with plenty of time to complete the purchase and when I finalized my purchase, they charged me full price! I contacted customer support as soon as I noticed the charge, requesting a refund and cancelation for the deception of purchase and false advertising. I did't receive a response back until two days later when I submitted another claim saying they would look into the matter. Two additional days later and no updated response. Instead I had to look at my bank statement to see that they refunded the difference in amount that they are currently offering on their page (@ 33%) - noticing they no longer have a countdown discount to purchase.

The lack of communication, not canceling the order as soon as I requested and assuming that "they fixed the matter" by providing a particle refund for their current sale makes the assumption that the problem can go away quietly without any accountability on their part is messed up and ridiculous. Y'all need to work on your customer service, e-commerce and marketing and own up to your mistakes. Really disappointed.

I love their products! And their customer service is excellent. I had a garment that seemed to be sewn wrong, and after my email about it, I received a reply 3 days later. I had different options to solve the problem. I chose a new onesie. Again I got a speedy reply, saying I could keep the other garment as well, because they could not repair the item and it would be environmentally unfriendly for me to send it back.

Sadly it costed me £14 to try it on to find out it doesn’t look good on me. I was planning to order another one in different material, and although there is a possibility it might feet well, I am not prepared to pay another £14 for the privilege to try it on if I have to return it again.

I made my first purchase from Onepiece today & emailed customer services for some help re a product discount code. I received a reply within minutes & my problem was resolved! I have never experienced such a fantastically fast & efficient customer service anywhere before!! I can’t recommend this company highly enough!

Customer service was great. They were very helpful navigating a return. Not to mention the product itself is perfect! I got a size smaller and I ended up keeping the one I was going too return too because a friend wanted it!

Hello one piece franchise please satisfy the people by logic in one piece.it is main thing to improve like marvel and ben ten also improve the anime quality. I hope upcoming one piece maybe on next ultra ultimate level.

Have just received original one piece jumpsuit for my husband and he is very pleased with it. With the ridiculous price of energy this coming winter, I was going to order one for myself to save on heating bills, but they have jumped up (scuse the pun)! by another £20, so will have to leave it. Such a shame!

Would highly recommend Onepiece,their jumpsuits are excellent quality and their prompt and courteous service is second to none
I recently had to return my suite for a smaller size and onepiece made this so simple, return prepaid label,export paperwork and free pickup by UPS,my replacement arrived within days
Very pleased with whole service

I ordered the incorrect size and have to say the the customer service I had from Jayd was truly amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure the experience was a smooth one, even through a difficult time when their carriers website was down for ages.
It was great having real human interaction instead of pushing buttons for a reply.
I love my Onesie and can’t wait to order my next one .

2 onepiece items besteld en ontvangen, 1 was er te groot en heb deze geretourneerd en ondertussen een nieuwe besteld en betaald. Van de gereformeerde heb ik nog steeds geld tegoed en dat krijg ik maar niet terug. Het pakket is al lang afgeleverd bij ze maar betalen doen ze niet. Paar keer contact gezocht waar geen reactie op komt. Retouren gaan erg slecht. Ik koop nooit meer rechtstreeks bij ze. Het irriteert me mateloos

Even though we're experiencing 110° in the shade currently, I placed an order for the utility onesie so I'd be ready for much anticipated cooler temps. It arrived within 1 week without issues. This is my 3rd onesie and I did have to figure out what size was best for me by doing a return and also gifting one to my daughter. I'm 5'6 135lbs and XS works best for me even though I own a S for my super chill, ate too much holiday onesie. But I love the product. No one likes returns but my experience was fairly simple and good. Now if this relentless heat wave would pass and give way to autumn in a couple of months so I can onesie my way through😉
