Very easy surveys which are posted several times a week! Although the rewards are quite small (20p or 15p) each survey is very quick to complete - usually only 2-3 minutes. Consequently, it is very quick to reach the payout amount of £20. Highly recommended! Very helpful customer service as well!

OnePoll is a deceitful company.I signed up on their platform four months ago.I invested time and data answering their surveys that were sent on a daily basis.Now that i have gotten to the threshold to redeem my money,they now decided to reward me with a blocked account.I pray your business fails OnePoll.Rogues they don't pay their participants.

This is a great site with small but easy to complete surveys. Very few require any free text with most just needing options to be selected. It's quite easy to build points and, in turn, earn rewards as cash giving you the option to decide where to spend it.

I contacted Onepoll by email about a problem I have redeeming points. I got a quick response back that was able to solve my problem and my points were redeemed the same day. Rachel who dealt with my query was very helpful.

Rachel helped me out when I was mistakenly blocked from my account and then again when I had problems redeeming my points.
She was prompt and courteous in her response to my emails. All issues have been resolved.

When trying to claim my reward payment, I was unable to complete the BACS details and the points disappeared from my account, but the payment was never activated.I emailed Rachel Knight who answered extremely promptly and sorted the issue straight away. Thank you so much Rachel! Excellent service!

I love doing one poll surveys.nice and short,easy to do. The payout soon adds up. Any concerns email them and Rachel Knight replies within an hour and sorts the problem out. I had a problem and my account was blocked but Rachel sorted it out.

I’ve had a good experience with OnePoll so far. The surveys are generally quick, interesting, and easy to complete. I like that payments are reliable and you can cash out once you reach the minimum balance. It’s a straightforward way to earn a little extra money in your spare time.

Takes a while to get to cash out but the surveys are very short which is a bonus. Payment takes about nine days once claimed at £20. Goes straight into PayPal.

They've put my account on hold for no reason. I've been regularly doing surveys haven't been screened out or given wrong information l've got quite a few points towards my £20.

The reply back for ID is not something l should do even if this Company is genuine l'm now seeing lots of other similar complaints like mine.

I asked for an explanation was told that they couldn't tell me, really?

If this isn't sorted as its the principle of the matter then l feel strongly that everyone's account will go the same way.

I'm not one to just let this go after giving them a lot of my time, information to help them for a few years at least. Been problems in the past which l had to sort it out even though it was their fault.

I just Completed my Account, and Email them Yesterday if I could use My Colleagues PayPal Email to redeem, while my Own PayPal is still Under supervision, They Refuse to reply me yesterday, I messaged them again, that I haven't heard a reply from them, Next this This Morning, they Blocked My Account and sent me a Message that They Made a scan, and Blocked my Account, For What Reason, for Emailing them, you get blocked, and Asked you to Provide your ID And you holding it also, who does that, So Now Onepoll Has Took my Time and Cash of £20, Real
Scammers, They Get you to answer Survey and Refuse to pay you, if you Wants, To block, Block them while they are still starting the ACC, not When they Place payment you Reject It, I have read many Comments Here, But Now I experience it, Real Scammers, I will The UK Authorities could look into this Website and see The way they dupe members

Quick to send me surveys when I signed up, but when I tried to redeem my points OnePoll rejected it and froze my account. I emailed them asking why and they had done this and they said they "seemed" to have found irregular or missing information or possible links to other accounts. They then asked for a photo of my photo ID, a separate photo of me holding the ID, and proof of UK residency! They should have asked for this when I signed up, as I would never have gone through this palaver just to do a few surveys. Keep my £20 reward that you don't want to pay and close my account!

Made contact to report a relatively minor problem. The issue was considered and a solution found within the hour. Just can't ask any more than that. Well done OnePoll - keep up the good work.
